The Knowledge Center, as it is now named, is a sophisticated and centralized webbased platform for content deployment, tracking, and reporting to improve efficiency and measure organizational readiness. The Knowledge Pathways Designer and Title Manager have been discontinued and all features available in these components have been migrated to the UPK Developer. Installation is also made easier through consolidation of installers into a single setup package. Assessing and Reinforcing Knowledge Retention Numerous new features have been added to developer to facilitate the reinforcement and assessment of user knowledge. Two new document types, Questions and Assessments have been added to Developer to enhance learning programs and increase user adoption through conceptual-based testing. A full featured Question Editor has been added to Developer that enables authors to create multiple assessment question types including: true/false, multiple choice (single and multiple answers), fill in, hotspot, matching, Know It! and user defined. Authors can also link to related content within the outline to assist in the remediation of trouble subject areas. Authored questions can be deployed in line as knowledge checks with other outline document types or as part of an assessment. Both Questions and
