By hiring Ashlee as the Captains Relation Coordinator the company is taking further steps to enhance customer experience while providing new sources of revenue for the charter boat crew. Ashlee is responsible for establishing new partnerships and working closely with current captains' and team members of Gray Taxidermy. She focuses on improving the business success of our valuable captains and mates. She is heavily involved in creating new tools and techniques that the captains can use to increase their revenue. Born and raised in the Northeast, Ashlee grew up fishing the North Atlantic and hunting and hiking in New England. She started working on head-boats when she was young and then continued to commercially fish in order to pay for college. After she finished her degrees in Biology and Engineering, she worked in Europe as an engineer briefly before her love for the ocean made her return to the US. She moved to South Florida and immediately began working on charter boats and received her captain's license shortly after. Working with some of the best, she was quickly running charters and mounting fish herself. From day one Ashlee has been a great asset to the Gray Taxidermy organization. Her experience and her passion for the fishing industry make her a great resource not only in house, but also for the fishing charter boat owners, the captains and their crews, training them on new practices to increase their revenue. Ashlee's initiatives will also enhance the overall customer experience of anyone chartering a boat, since many of the new strategies are geared towards preserving the memory of a life time.
