Saurav is presently working as a Techno-Functional Manager, Senior Siebel Leadership Team member with Accenture Services Pvt Ltd for last 1.8 years. Saurav started this project as Techno-Functional Manager role catering to the Technical Architect, Solution Architect, SME tower. Saurav was given this role considering his vast experience in the Telecom domain as well as his prior experience working as Technical Architect, Siebel SME for multiple engagements. Responsibilities: During this tenure, Saurav had been involved as Transition Manager, Siebel SME, Supervisor/People Manager and his responsibilities involved: Understanding full Polkomtel Business process flow and providing Siebel Technical, Functional assistance which helped Solution Architect team to define the scope, schedule, resource plan, milestone activities. Providing Siebel best practice recommendations in technical, functional guidance to multiple engagements for Accenture Poland for which Polkomtel was the client. Description: Oracle is one of the Worlds largest Product Organization. In 2006, Oracle acquired Siebel Systems Inc. Oracle has got its team for Product Management, Product Support, Product Quality Assurance, Configuration Management, Defect Tracking, Product Enhancement Scope & Implementations, and Escalation Engineering for Siebel. Siebel as a Product Skill has been segregated to multiple teams like Core Technology, Emerging Products, Interactions, Sales Service and Marketing. Core Technology is comprised of skills on Server Administration, Siebel Server Installation, Siebel Authentication, Oracle Secure Enterprise Search, System Requirement and Supported Platform analysis. Description: ITC Ltd. is Indias top Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) enterprise with a portfolio encompassing a wide range of businesses including but not limited to cigarettes and tobacco, hotels, information technology, packaging, paperboards & specialty papers, foods, lifestyle retailing, personal care, and snack foods. Since ITCs business has diversified significantly in the last few years and thereafter the volume of business has increased significantly it has outstripped the IT capability provided to support business. Hence, ITC has planned a series of IT enablement initiatives for addressing this requirement through a Sales Management Information System (SMIS). The SMIS system comprises of Demand Management Systems, Trade Marketing and Distribution Systems (TM&D), WD Sales Processes, and Servicing Key Accounts. IBM is assisting ITC to architect, design, develop, and deploy the TM&D system. The system comprises a mix of COTS products (Siebel CRM and Oracle BI) and custom components developed on WebSphere products like WebSphere Portal Server, WebSphere Process Server, and WebSphere Business Monitor. It also has complex integration requirements with Demand Management Systems and WD Sales Processes. Responsibilities: During the project tenure, Saurav has been involved as the Technical Lead. Saurav has been associated with many a number of assignments while sitting at the client location. Description: TDC is the leading provider of communications solutions in Denmark, the secondlargest telecommunications provider on the Swiss market and is represented by significant presence in the pan-Nordic market and in selected markets in Central Europe. TDC Solutions offer a wide selection of communications solutions. TDC Mobile International offer mobile telephony in a number of other European countries. TDC has got its business spanned across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland etc. Other than Denmark, the other countries are called as Pan Nordic countries. TDC telecom business has got absolute monopoly over the telecom industry in Denmark. Till date, customer dealing, quote generation, line qualification, order fulfillment, asset movement tracking all are done by 14 external legacy systems. There are systems used for holding customer addresses, product information, billing information, inventory checking, order fulfillment and many more. Through TDC CRM implementation most of the existing systems would be decommissioned and Siebel would be the master of everything. All the paper work activities like Technician assignment, activity plan creation, quote approval by client sign off, order placement meaning all sorts of customer correspondence would de replaced by Siebel eCommunication being the most representative functionality.

Responsibilities:

During the onsite tenure, Saurav has been involved as the Module Lead for four major areas of Siebel eCommunications i.e. Customer Model, Agreement, Approval Validation and Premise. Also, Saurav has acquired knowledge over Siebel Order Management life cycle, Product Configurations and Pricing implications. During the stint in offshore, as the Primary Build Owner, Saurav led necessary build activities from offshore. Besides, Saurav was also responsible to ensure IBM Quality norms alignments for this project. This has given him a scope of understanding SOA based Project activities as well as streamlining Quality processes resulting in defect free, matured solution development. Description : IGA e-HR is a web-based Human Resources (HR) Contact Center solution. Employees and managers resolve more Human Resource questions and complete Human Resource activities online with reduced HR employee intervention. There are five main components in eHR: Contact Center Knowledge Base (KB): comprehensive repository of documents written in clear, easily understandable language that describe a generic set of the policies and procedures. Siebel (Call Manager and Case Manager): Call Manager gives the Tier 1 Representative a platform to validate the callers identity and provides the UI for CTI functions. Case Manager: A Case tracks a single incident or issue that an employee cannot resolve through self-service or with a Tier 1 Reps aid. Cases are generated by Tier 1 and Tier 2 representatives using features provided by KB / Siebel. Existing Cases can be updated via the Case History feature. Operational Data Mart (ODM): Heart of eHR. Used to store employee and company information. Contains the data that supports the functionality of the IVR system, KB, Data Maintenance, Call Manager and Service Request Manager Components. LDAP is used for Authentication.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) / Computer Telephony Integration (CTI): IVR performs most of the functions related to voice; CTI allows automatic population of the Call Manager screen based on information entered in the IVR. Client Profile: Unilever is a FMCG company spanned over 70 countries in the world. They have all sorts of consumer goods under their product line. Unilever is primarily running their business in Singapore. This is the first Siebel End to End Implementation Project run in IGSI, Siebel Competency. Description: As part of this project, Siebel Consumer Goods vertical solutions were presented to Unilever in order to satisfy their global Promotional and Non-promotional entities. Unilever, which is primarily known as Hindustan Level in India went for a Full Siebel eConsumer Goods solution in their Asia Pacific and EMEA regions. At first, the deployment was done in Singapore, followed by Indonesia, Malaysia etc. Responsibilities: Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDDs) from Functional Requirement Documents Map Business Requirements to Siebel features, doing Proof of Concepts (POCs) leading to implementation through Configuration in Siebel Tools

Client Profile: AVAYA is one of the largest organizations in Telecom and Media. Description: The AVAYA business transformation project objective was to have their Legacy applications to be transformed and upgraded to Siebel. The project included creation of Technical Design Documents (TDD) from Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Development and Construction, Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing, and Production Go-live. Responsibilities: Prepare TDDs from FSDs in for Configuration work in Siebel Sales Enterprise v.7.5.2 Lead contributor in preparing a Siebel SandBox environment for prototyping and POC during the design phase Interacted with Client and IBM US team for understanding the requirements during the design phase

Description: The Transfer Alignment is an important task that is to be done before launching a missile from the aircraft. Actually, in case of a bomber aircraft there are two INS (Inertial Navigation Systems), namely the Master INS and the Slave INS. There is a difference between measurements taken by instruments located at the wing cockpit and wing part due to the effect of unbalance forces acting on the wing. Thats why Transfer Alignment is been done for the globalization of measurements for Acceleration, Velocity and Position.

Responsibilities: Research according to the client requirements Implement DRDO requirements using software and validating the software prepared as well as look after the Vibration Analysis and Doppler Radar parts
