Mary - I left you a voicemail this afternoon with my contact information with a request to get a call back tomorrow

morning. The reason for the email and the call is to stress the urgency of this request and ask you to prioritize accordingly. Our house is scheduled for a foreclosure sale on April 3rd. As a traveling sales rep I am leaving town tomorrow night and will not return until April 2nd. I have both the funds and the desire to bring my account current but there is a large discrepancy in the amount demanded for reinstatement. Through exhaustive efforts on my part I have reviewed the transaction journals that I received from the mortgage company and found two issues/errors that account for the discrepancy of over $4,000. I have tried valiantly to wage the battle on my own but feel I need legal assistance to a) get injunctive relief to postpone the foreclosure sale and b) explore a 'cause of action' suit against Bank of America. There is a lot of detail around my case that I have accumulated and am seeking representation to accomplish both goals. While your solicitation suggests that you are a 'debt relief agency' I hope that you are local attorneys who will take on the cause and the case. Heres a summary of what happened and why I think there are grounds for wrongful foreclosure against both Bank of America and GreenTree Servicing: Bank of America mortgage, missed one payment, made two partial payments. With BofA support, I entered into a 'loan repayment plan' for six months. After three months of 'early' payments, mortgage was 'sold' to GreenTree Servicing in November. Sent letters to GreenTree in Nov, Jan, and Feb disputing the balances owed and asked for assistance to address my concerns. I have had many conversations with them about the discrepancies. They are not interested in helping to resolve this matter. I need help... but only the 'right' kind of help. Please call me to discuss. Thank you. Attached document is my 'view' of what's happened...
