And only of them has a background with regards to book keeping and such person is the treasurer and at the same time bookkeeper of the said cooperative. The group was only supposed to help with the books of the cooperative by assessing it and helping them out to work it out, since they still dont have any financial statements that they need to submit this April 2012. But the officers of the cooperative were requested by the officers to conduct a seminar on basic accounting and basic cooperative knowledge since they dont understand how it works and they dont even understand their by-laws because it was in English which makes it hard for them to comprehend. The group agreed with the officers to do such seminar with the following conditions and agreement: Date and Time February 4,2012 (Saturday); 10:00am-12:00pm, they said that it is more feasible to make the members last only up to hours in such seminar and would only be feasible to one session since it is truly hard for the farmers to leave their work.

Participants The anticipated participants were the 30 members of the said cooperative since one of the officers said that it would be better to do so in case one of them forgets about the lecture in the seminar, one could actually remind them of such. Place Due to the remoteness of the place and fact that they still dont have an office, the seminar was decided to be held in their cooperative nipa-hut.
