To make a emergency contract with Sapphire Blue Entertainment referring to emergency matters related to INFINITEs Fan Meeting in Jakarta with Woolim Entertainment consent beforehand. 4. To represent Woolim Entertainment in a dispute settlement that arise between Woolim Entertainment and Sapphire Blue Entertainment The rights, powers, and authority of my attorney in fact to exercise any and all of the rights and powers herein granted shall commence and be in full force and effect on April 18th, 2012, and shall remain in full force and effect until June 18th, 2012, or unless specifically extended or rescinded earlier by either party.

REVOCATION OF SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Reference is made to certain power of attorney granted by Mr. Jung Yeop Lee (Grantor) to Mr. Akhmad Kusriantono, S.H., LL.M., (Attorney-in-Fact), and dated the May 2nd,2012 . I, Mr. Jung Yeop Lee, for good cause, do hereby revoke, cancel and make void the Special Power of Attorney therein given and contained, for all matters granted to Mr. Akhmad Kusriantono S.H., LL.M.,. This Revocation of Special Power of Attorney was made due to Mr. Kusriantonos lack of performance to perform his duty based on the Special Power of Attorney that has been given to him. Nothing herein shall affect any actions taken by my Attorney-in-Fact prior to notice of this Revocation of Special Power of Attorney.
