Allen has gotten to know the students and plans for their needs, especially one student who is bright and does not control his behavior well. He involves all students. He has good control of the students during transitions and lessons because of the respect that he gives and expects from them and because he gives clear directions and statements of expectations. .

Allen does an exceptionally good job of letting the children know just what he wants from them.He gives them constant feedback and listens to what they have to say. His voice is strong and easily heard.He is excited to learn all he can about educational philosophy and practice.
