INSTRUCTION : This experiment is to approach the student by doing the practical base on the theory that has been learned before. By adapting the Page 1 of 8
DPP B4 theory the student should be able to do the experiment and implementation such as on safety, cleanliness, tidiness and etc. Using the Nets Tab The Nets buttons allow you to preview a net in relation to the board, find a net, highlight a selected net, lock and unlock a selected net, set the width and clearance of a selected net, and remove the copper of a selected net. Using the Netlist Editor The Netlist Editor can be used to view the nets in the design and to view the pads in the nets. You can also use the Netlist Editor to add nets to the design and remove nets from the design, as well as to add pads to or delete pads from an existing net.
a. Open Ultiboard Circuit Window a. Please place an Arrays Resistor, Jumper and Led as in Figure 1

Figure 5 The Add Pins to the Net screen closes and the Netlist editor shows the added pad in the list of pads for the net displayed. The pad has also been made a part of the net in the board design. a. Add net (N1A) b. Click From Screen (at the bottom of the Netlist Editor) and select the pin in the workspace: i. Click L1, pin C ii. Click J1, pin 1 iii. The Netlist Editor shows the added pad in the list of pads for the net displayed and the net are displayed in the board design as in figure 6.

Wrap up your results from observations, data, and calculations and tie them to the objectives of the lab. Did it work? Why? What do your results mean? Did you prove your hypothesis or something different? Back up your explanations with scientific theories or information you have learned in class or found by research. Cite any sources of information that you use for research. If the lab didnt work for some reason, explain what went wrong. (Not more than 200 words)
