Human Resources Manager / Senior Manager 5 yrs + as in a Generalist HR function Mumbai

1. Lead the team to design, innovate and implement employee engagement initiatives, anchor the employee engagement survey, design progressive HR practices basis the outcomes and ensure high engagement scores 2. The role requires regular interaction with the leadership team to ensure delivery of HR processes by positively influencing them. The role requires interacting with cross functional teams for understanding the business imperatives across the SCM and Technical organization. 3. Closely partner with the business function/s in driving the organization wide change management programs / initiatives. 4. Focus on Organization Development initiatives in line with group norms and unit requirements 5. Change Management with focus on shifts to culture, leadership and management requirements, systems and processes 6. Be an active business partner through the development of appropriate organization architecture (structure and roles) 7. Implement reward and recognition program in line with business and function requirements 8. Recruitment & Selection: Sourcing - Identifying potential candidates, Responsible for the talent acquisition process, innovative sourcing strategy, quality of talent inflow, controlled recruitment cost, track of manpower cost and headcount 9. Identifying/meeting/discussion with right consultant to source candidates 10. Ensure a robust pipeline of leadership talent through the talent management system Ensure that key talent is identified and their development plans implemented 11. Develop succession plan for critical positions within the organization and drive their development 12. Leveraging and integrating Annual Cycle Programs to reinforce HR strategy: Workforce planning, Performance Management, Career Development, Executive Compensation and Rewards, Talent Review, Pulse Survey, Executive Recruiting 13. Embed a performance driven culture to enable the organization to achieve business objectives and ensure transparency of process 14. Employee engagement 15. Manpower budgeting, Planning, realignment, retention and managing attrition. 16. Induction & Probationer management, Employee engagement activities 17. Ensure training and development strategy for the organization is in place and monitor key development metrics 18. Employee Benefits - Modification and Development of existing benefits for retention and satisfaction of employees 19. Responsible for grooming and developing subordinate

Desired Candidate Profile Education: Post Graduate in HR from a reputed institute. Strong Business Acumen Proven track records as an HR Business Partner Established relationship as advisor, source of judgment and expertise Intuitive, conceptual, systems focused thinker Expertise to identify and drive HR solutions aligned to business strategy Effective pacing, prioritization and sequencing of work Courage to propose solutions others are reluctant to address, act in the face of resistance in the best interests of the business 9. Extensive capacity to influence business leaders individually and collectively 10. Partners collaboratively across HR function to deliver effectively
