Its almost as if it was designed to make it easy for tourists to do a grand winery tour! o Almost all areas of this region are farming for grapes, berries, and tropical fruits. Mostly grapes yards and vineries have most settled farming business in South Australia Region.

MAIN WINE FESTIVALS IN BAROSSA Festivals Adelaide Fringe Festival: - The Fringe is an openaccess event celebrated in Barossa. Anyone can register in the categories cabaret, comedy, circus, dance, events, film, music, theatre and visual arts. Different wine shopping and tasting are recommended during this festival at special prices for locals as well as tourist people. Natuzzi the Parade Food Wine and Music Festival: This festival is organized by wine traders and hoteliers for sales-promotion purpose for delicious gourmet foods and more than 100 types of wines. People can taste food and wine with the compliment of different music concerts. It happens in every February month for more than 5 days. WHY BAROSSA IS GOOD FOR TOURISTS?
Barossa is having broad range of distinctive and traditional venues. The region has fabulous modern resorts, traditional self-contained bed and breakfast cottages as well as motels, hotels and caravan parks.so we would be enjoying our tour in fully relaxed and comfortable environment. Moreover the world famous vineries are here to visit in Barossa as our main target of touring.

THEME EXPLANATION
We have selected wine tasting theme tour, because we both are students from hospitality industry by our previous study background, especially we have specialized in food and beverage division. So this theme tour would be great experience to explore our skills and knowledge about different wine types and its taste. This is the main reason why we have chosen our future tour. Moreover, Barossa is best place for business tourism, organizing meeting, exhibition, conferences; the Barossa offers a wealth of authentic and inspiring experiences for any business function.

Target Market Explanation


As per our knowledge in management, we would say that target market can defined based on various types, may be it can be related to the particular product selling of region or may be it can be targeted based on visitors age, gender, job profile and main purpose of visit on that place. So we have defined both here. Basically we have selected two elements for target market in terms of Business within the destination and Selling of popular and specified products of Barossa. 1) BUSINESS WITHIN THE DESTINATION Destination is mainly for Business traveler. They would be the first prior Tourists in fulfillment of target market goal. Because Barossa is best business tourism place and it can provide facilities for any size of groups and people, but mostly Business travelers would be here main objective for target market. Our strategy in the Plan is based on having clearly defined that Business traveler will visit the region given the likelihood that they will become repeat visitors to the region and on the nature and level their expenditure on tourism related items along with completion of their main business purpose and events in Barossa. 2) POPULAR PRODUCT SELLING Generally, Barossa is world famous for its multiple types of wines, but as we have specified earlier in destination detail that Shiraz is main Wine type and a product which is main target market goal in terms of bringing more wine traders and companies. The main product must be specified for targeting customers or traders. Not only it is only for wine traders but the tourists who are wine lovers and professional wine taster will obvious our target towards specified popular Shiraz.

DATE SELECTION AND EXPLANATION Barossa is having very clear weather throughout the year; we can recommend any time and any month for visiting this place. But, as per our theme tour destination, autumn will be the best season for tasting the wines. Because wines are taken out from fermentation process, so we would taste distinct and freshest wine on tongue. Another reason is selecting autumn would more comfortable for leisure tourists and children as they would be enjoying crush festival vintage festival in autumn.

THEME ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION AND EXPLANATION There are so many activities to do while we are in Barossa as a tourist such as Wine tasting events and festivals, gourmet food making competition between local and international tourist; yes this is unique activity. Grant Burge Wines was formed in 1988 by Grant and his wife Helen, and is located in the heart of the Barossa Valley on the banks of Jacobs Creek and is still proudly family owned. Just half an hour from Adelaide city, so we can get back to our place at hotel after dinner easily.

Gift Suggestion I would purchase Hand-made wooden- wine bottle and bottle stopper for representing my tour memory forever. This is wooden wine contained bottle, but it is specially made from oak wood it is been sold to the tourists for just remembrances of wine-tasting tour. Especially wood wine stopper will be my keychain. However gifts are not so much costly but they will remember us the wine tour forever. One more gourmet gift will be famous Australian lollis and chocolates from Adelaide city.
