Crane No.3 was under maintenance, stopper was placed on crane railing, so that other crane can not hit from any side to crane no 3. proper barricade was not placed in the ground floor. Human movement was there below the mainenance area. Puff coils were kept in the way, due to the same movement was resitricted. Incase of emergency, it is difficult to come out from that area. Adviced the crane operator to remove the puff coils from that area.

The stretchable aluminium stick are available for cleaning the Cob webs which has got the autoclean system in built which can be operated from the ground floor.No person has to be in the height to perform the job.

At Gate no-03, both loading and unloading of material /Coil are done including weighment of the material. Because of this it is narrowing the area and making the area vulnerable.

Trailors - Open beds

It is found that the trailors are not having any guard betweem the Front and rear wheels. While plying, these vehicles are are quite vulnerable while taking a turn can pull on the two wheelers inside.

The trailors (open bed) should have panel guard on both of its side so that it can guard in pulling the two-wheelers/pedestrians.

JCB for Scrap lifting

It has been observed that the JCB scaplifter has a big gap between the Mud flap and tyre which is vulnerable in pulling the shop floor people around.

It has been observed that, trucks are overloaded with scrap ( side cut rolls) which are in closed bin but there are on open form and thus can topple out from the truck beds.
