THEME : BEACH BIRTHDAY PARTY CONCEPT : Buffet Lunch by the sea Ambiance: A one-of-a kind beach party at lunch featuring the best of beach beauty. A lunch gathering in a beach is one-of-a kind and it gives a touch of nature with a modern blend of sophisticated design of buffet table..

Buffet table is designed with colorful Jamaican theme with a blend of water sport. 3 colorful miniature surfboard will be placed in the center of the table with flowers surrounding it. Each table for the guest will be 18 rectangular tables in the surroundings and with beach umbrellas around to avoid too much heat exposure. The surrounding of the buffet table will be also be provided with large tent. The tables for guest will have a unique centerpieces as bowls, specifically mini fish bowls ( 5 high) to be placed above stones and sands with gold fishes in it with few waterlilies inside. Food: Buffet set up will be used with 2 tables. One for the soup, salad and main coureses' section, another is for desserts and beverages.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. All reservations and agreements are made upon and are subject to the rules and regulations of Island Flavors catering Services 2. In arranging for private functions, the attendance must be definitively specified and communicated to the catering manager 2 working days in advance. The number will be considered a guarantee, not subject to reduction and charges will be made accordingly. The Catering Services cannot be responsibe for ientical services more than 5 % over the guarantee parties up to 300. 3. All state and municipal taxes which may be imposed or be applicable to this agreement and to the services rendered by the Catering Services. 4. 50 % Payment shall be made 15 days in advance of the function and the balance (50%) on the day of the function. 5. The prices herein are subject to increase in the event costs of food, beverage, or other cost of operation increase at the time of the function. 6. The Catering Services will not be liable to lost belongings during the function. 7. Charges will be incurred for lost, damagaed or broken items owned by the Catering Services in the onset of the function.
