Introduction to EPIC

Asia Pacific Training

HOME

This course is designed to be used as a start point when working on the EPIC control cranes (showcasing the operational system of Model 999) . Topics covered will be the hydraulic and electrical systems , EPIC control diagnosis ,and Rated Capacity Indicator . The trainee will have a practical study through hands-on training and the foundation to troubleshoot technical problems.

Level One Technician (EPIC L1)

This course will cover all individual crane systems in depth using the operation system of EPIC control crane for hands-on training .The trainee will construct swing,travel,boom hoist,and main hoist systems, and have extensive in-depth troubleshooting exercise for all crane systems.

Introduction to CANBUS
This course is designed to be used as a start point when working on the CANBUS control cranes (showcasing the operational system of Model 18000 ).Topics covered will be the hydraulic and electrical system , Diagnostic system ,and Rated Capacity Indicator . The trainee will have a practical study through hands-on training and the foundation to troubleshoot technical problems.

GMK T1 This course is designed as an entrance in the technology of GMK cranes .The student will get an overview of applied technologies covering component identify , function of carrier & superstructure and controls through study of hydraulic , electrical , pneumatic and diagnostic system . Twin-Lock Boom , ECOS control and EKS ( Load Moment Indicator ) system are practiced with GMK simulator. GMK T2 ( Laptop Computer Required ) It is designed as an advance training course in the technology of GMK cranes. The content covers carrier and superstructure systems regarding integrated technologies used on GMK cranes. Power train , Super structure , Control ( ECOS and EKS) and Diagnostic techniques are studied in depth with its tech materials used on the machines ,and their knowledge is tested and reinforced through practicing GMK simulator .

Hydraulic schematic, ELAN schematic, all the technical data and Diagnostic in the manuals are used for complete understanding of the crane, troubleshooting and hands-on training with GMK simulator. ECOS,EKS and Diagnostic system are practiced. The hydraulic and its control system for one of crane functions should be hooked up by the student as a final test for passing the course.

GMA & GME Crane Operator Training

This course will help your operator with the understanding of proper set up at jobsite condition, operating these cranes in a safe manner at the jobsite, and focus on improving driving skill.

Technician Level T1
This course provides beginners with understanding for each function of the Tower Cranes using PC, D3 and RCV mechanisms and the study of electrical components and systems by using the electrical schematics for Tower Cranes. With hands-on practice on Hoisting mechanism and comprehensive knowledge on Crane functions, trainees will gain confidence in the cranes and will also be familiar with the use of technical documents for their daily job.

Technician Level T2
This course is designed for intermediate level technicians or customers dealing with products with RCS, D3 and RCV mechanisms. Trainees will study all the functions of the Tower Crane in detail and exercise hands-on training with the aid of the training mechanisms and technical documents. This will give students a solid working knowledge of a fully functioning Potain Crane, adjustments, maintenance and the foundation to learn proper troubleshooting techniques and procedures.

This course has been developed for advance technicians with experience in tower crane mechanisms and customers owning the products equipped with LVF / LCC, D3 / DVF, and RCV /RVF mechanisms with frequency converter and variable speed controller technologies . The participants will acquire in-depth knowledge for each function of all the mechanisms, their proper adjustment and maintenance. Through comprehensive hands-on practice on each mechanisms , they will acquireskills to troubleshoot faults in an efficient manner and conduct proper electric test procedures.

HOME

This course teaches the basic introductory skills required to sling loads and direct the movements of a crane including when the load is out of the operators view. It also covers the application of sling techniques and the selection and inspection of lifting equipment.

Basic Rigging:
This course develops the skills learned in the Dogging course to cover additional processes include the erection of structural steelwork and the installation of modern day building construction equipment such as hoists and pre-cast concrete panels. The course also covers the requirement to work safely at heights while conducting these processes.

Intermediate Rigging:

This course develops the skills learned in the Basic Rigging course to include rigging of all type of building hoists, and mobile and tower cranes. The course also introduces the more technical processes associated with cranes including multiple crane lifting operations and the use of equalizing equipment.

Advanced Rigging:
This course is the top level of rigging and introduces the most technical applications of the knowledge and skills previously learned in the Dogging, Basic Rigging and Intermediate Rigging courses. The course covers the engineering calculations and installation prerequisites for suspended and guyed lifting equipment such as flying foxes, cableways and suspended scaffolds.

Cancellations

Billing

Schools
