Vice Admiral James W. Houck Office of the Judge Advocate General 1322 Patterson Ave., Ste 3000 Washington Navy Yard, DC 20374

Vice Admiral Houck, From my understanding, your office refused to be interviewed on camera by Albert Harris Jr. of Whitelight Productions in conjunction with Pvt. Edwin Ehlers wrongful conviction. May I inquire as to why you or any others are unwilling to defend your position with regards to this conviction? I am more than willing to go on camera and expose the corruption within the military justice system. I have several file cabinets filled with documentation and signed letters from not only yourself but other high-ranking military officials as well showing that everyone knew this was a wrongful conviction by the documentation found before and after the conviction, yet no one is going to do anything about it. I also have documented proof of not only the lies that the Skovrankos told but also that of NCIS agents, under oath mind you, and the record of trial showing that several statements made by Government witnesses were somehow omitted from the verbatim record yet still referred to later in the record by the military judge. Can you explain why the testimony regarding Edwins Miranda Rights being violated by Special Agent Eric Muelenberg never made it into the alleged verbatim record of trial? Also we requested that the Government produce the recordings from the trial, yet we were told that there were no such recordings. How then, was the Government able to erase the recordings in March 2011, if they never existed at all?

I have been defending my husband and fighting for his freedom for over 4 years, and I am not afraid to show what I have in proofs to the general public. I cannot believe, that you, as the Judge Advocate General, would only agree to discuss this case off record. If you are so adamantly certain of the facts of this particular case, as presented by the Government, why not publicly defend that position? I have never hidden any of the documentation I have, as you are well aware of, but am willing to see any documentation that contradicts the proof of innocence I have. As per the Brady Doctrine, you are required by Federal Law to provide documented proofs NOT OPINIONS (i.e. the alleged failed polygraph conducted by NCIS, of which I have requested and never received) of any and all evidence whether it pertains to the guilt or innocence of the accused. I have 4 polygraph charts and video/audio recordings of a subsequent polygraph administered by the San Diego Police Department while Edwin was in custody, showing no deception. He passed all 4 polygraphs and since NCIS had repeatedly failed to provide the chart and/or any recordings of the alleged failed polygraph, I would assume that you would be unable to go by the opinion of the examiner himself since it was also discovered he lied about numerous statements and admitted to lying about several other things pertaining to the investigation itself. As for the alleged confession, I have an NCIS document dated 8/1/06 that states there was NO CONFESSION given to NCIS agents at any time. By NCIS own documentation, this would contradict the Governments repetitive use of this information because as stated, there was no confession. The real reason I am writing to you is not to give you any more information than what I have already supplied to you in the past, but mainly I am asking to arrange a meeting, face to face with you or any others who are able to speak on behalf of your office and who are willing to go on camera and defend the deceptive tactics, farfetched opinions and outright lies that were taken as word of gospel to wrongfully convict my husband, Pvt. Edwin Ehlers. I am not afraid to voice and defend my

convictions, are you willing to do the same? I look forward to hearing from you regarding the arrangements for our meeting. You may contact me at the below provided information.
