MARTIN GRAHAM
Martin has enjoyed a distinguished career in the financial services industry. Currently he chairs a number of innovative start up companies and provides specialist consultancy services to some of the worlds leading Private Equity organisations. Between 2003 and 2009 Martin was Director of Markets and Chairman of AIM at London Stock Exchange PLC where he had had direct responsibility for over $500m of revenues and 75% of group profits. Martin personally led the exchanges transformational growth strategy focussed on driving market efficiency and resulting in a five fold increase in market size between 2003 and 2008. In addition he was instrumental in building the companys international franchise, significantly outperforming all other major competitors. Martin has been closely involved in the flotation of numerous companies both on the LSEs Main Market and AIM. Prior to joining the London Stock Exchange he held a series of senior positions in the global financial services industry having started his career as an asset manager. He graduated from the London School of Economics and has also studied at Stanford University.

JONATHAN CLELLAND
Jonathan has gained over 25 years senior management experience in international financial services, law and business consulting firms, with expertise in corporate finance, business analysis, capital raising, strategic planning, business development and financial management at HSBC Investment Bank, Shearman & Sterling and CRA International. He is a co-founder and director of CMX Capital Markets Exchange Limited a new private financial services exchange company and a non-executive director of McQueen Limited a specialist consumer sector corporate finance boutique. Jonathan graduated from Exeter University with a BA in Economics. He is a fluent French speaker and a qualified accountant.
