ABSTRACT

This publicationmanagement systemis developed the purposeof managing for and monitoring lecturers' publication in the Faculty of Computer Science and InformationSystems (FSKSM). In addition to that, lecturers can use it when they want to apply for a promotion in their position.This project only focuses the publications on of lecturers within the Facultyof ComputerScience (FSKSM). and InformationSystems The Object-Oriented methodologyusing the spiral model is implemented throughout the development of this system while the Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrammingtechniquesare used as a tool to show the whole system clearly. The programming language that is usedto developthis systemis ASP.NET.Microsoft SQL Server2005 will be usedto managethe database. is hoped that this systemwill be It more convenientand would assist lecturersto save their time and more efficiently manage their publications.

dibangunkan adalah untuk tujuan

menguruskanpenerbitan yang telah diterbitkan oleh pensyarah di Fakulti Sains Komputerdan SistemMaklumat. Sistemdapatmenolongmengumpulsemuapenerbitan. Semuapenerbitan adalah sama corak. Di samping itu, pensyarahboleh mencatat penerbitan mereka melalui system ini dan ini akan membantumereka semasaingin Projek ini hanya kerja pensyarah. memohon untuk naik pangkat.Ini dapatmeringankan di fokus kepadapensyarah Fakulti SainsKomputer dan SistemMaklumat. Metodologi sistemini objek denganmodel spiral digunakandalammembangunkan berorientasikan teknik UML digunakansebagaisalahsatu alat yang memberikangambaran sementara yang lebih jelas tentang sistem ini.Bahasa pengaturcarayang digunakan untuk sistem ini adalah ASP.NET. Microsoft SQL Server 2005 digunakan membangunkan adalah ini untuk menguruspangkalandata.Setelahsistemcadangan siap dibangunkan, untuk menjimatmasamerekadan lebih efisien ia diharapkan akanmenolongpensyarah jika digunakan sistemini lebih sesuai penerbitan.
