Duties:
Responsible for creating, organizing, directing and growing the groups retail sales strategy & tactics. Analyze and plan the retail sales product range. Analyze & prepare competition analysis Plan & organize retail sales teams to meet the monthly and yearly set objectives through plan of actions. Coach, train, support, counsel and motivate sales force to assist them to meet their sales objectives. Monitor each salespersons daily and monthly performance and assist them maximize their sales efforts. Review and analyze existing stock inventory and plan its allocation through promotion and sales activities. Responsible for the day to day operations of the retail sales business. Plan each retail outlets product range and display set up according to season and market trends. Increase retail market share and maximizing new business development in B2B opportunities.
