Roof Rack - MAXIMUM DISTRIBUTED LOAD = 120KG

These fully welded, tried and proven TJM racks are available in steel or aluminium to suit the 80 Series L/C. The full length support rails are contoured to distribute load evenly over the length of the roof gutter and are attached by TJMs positive 2 way stainless steel clamping system with strips for protection of the vehicles paintwork. Steel racks, after phosphate washing, are finished in a black polyester powder coat, while the lightweight corrosion free aluminium racks are finished in solatex powder coat. Available in 1900mm long - 6 leg . OPTIONAL: Mesh floor or Heavy Duty Open Ended Tradesman design available.

The position of the original spare wheel under the 80 Series greatly reduces ground clearance and departure angle. This is resolved by fitment of the TJM Heavy Duty Tyre Carrier to the original bumper bar.

Steel Side Bars with Checker Plate Step

TJM 3/4 Side Bars are manufactured from 50mm steel tube and are designed to offer protection to vehicle body panels, wheel arches, flares and sills. The 3/4 Side Bars are mounted to the vehicle sub-frame with black polyester powder-coated steel mounts and are joined to the Frontal Protection Bar with TJM Side Bar Clamps. A powdercoated checker plate step tread provides easy access to the vehicle.

Four reasons why its important 4WD engines should enjoy the TJM Airtec advantage. 1. Fitting an TJM Airtec Snorkel means the air supply is drawn from roof level providing cooler and cleaner air to the engine. 2. Because the air supply is drawn from roof level, dust is not as thick and plentiful as in the engine bay or inner guard. TJM XGS Coil Springs are manufactured to exacting specifications on computer-controlled coiling machines, the shot peened, load tested and supplied in a durable powder-coat finish. STEERING DAMPER - For superior steering and shimmy control, fit a TJM XGS 35mm Big Bore Steering Damper. POLYAIR SPRINGS & BELLOWS SYSTEM - Coupled with TJM XGS springs and shock absorbers, the Polyair Spring further assists in solving suspension problems and greatly improves handling, ride height and stability of your vehicle. A pressure increase of between 5 to 25psi (Polyair) and 5 to 100psi (Bellows) will give a load increase of between 10 to 60%. Options include a Polyair Pressure Guage and In-Car Adjustment Kit.

TJM offer the Ox 10,000lb (hydraulic) and Ox 10,000lb (electric), to assist with vehicle recovery. Both winches include wire rope, roller fairlead guide, free spooling clutch, automatic brake, and remote hand control. Hydraulic winch requires individual vehicle hose kit.
