Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems attempt to integrate several data sources and processes of an organization into a unified system. A typical ERP system will use multiple components of computer software and hardware to achieve the integration. The two key components of an ERP system are a common database and a modular software design. A common database is the system that allows every department of a company to store and retrieve information in real-time. Using a common database allows information to be more reliable, accessible, and easily shared so that all of the information between the departments is accessible in real time. The initials ERP originated as an extension of MRP (material requirements planning then manufacturing resource planning). ERP systems now attempt to cover all basic functions of an enterprise, regardless of the organization's business or charter. Non-manufacturing businesses, non-profit organizations and governments now all utilize ERP systems.
ERP delivers a single database that contains all data for the software modules, which would include: Financials

General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets
Manufacturing

Engineering, Bills of Material, Scheduling, Capacity, Workflow Management, Quality Control, Cost Management, Manufacturing Process, Manufacturing Projects, Manufacturing Flow
Supply Chain Management

Inventory, Order Entry, Purchasing, Product Configuration, Supply Chain Planning, Supplier Scheduling, Inspection of goods, Claim Processing, Commission Calculation
Human Resources

Human Resources, Payroll, Training, Time & Attendance, Roistering, Benefits

Network Planning based on Software

Technology is developing day by day and we should develop ourselves on that way. Therefore we are going to combine or centralize our database server of AML. For that reason we have to design a network that is cost effective, flexible & more efficient and strong.

Following Steps we are going to establish: a. Using FTP Schedule, for data transfer between Client b. Using Real IP to IP for FTP or Radio Link. c. Also using Centralize File Server.

Server.

Networking devices
Switch Brand-Lynxes-D-Link (24 points) Function- Connect the networking segments, its work like bridge between Router and Server Router

Many businesses of all sizes use a local network or internet in their office facilities. Wi-Fi Their head office area is fully Wi-Fi zone

Conclusion:
A management information system is a system or process that provides the information necessary to manage an organization effectively. MIS and the information it generates are generally considered essential components of prudent and reasonable business decisions.

The reports start with the background history of the company such as when it establish in Bangladesh, pre and post era etc. These TPS holds all the activities from the manager and employees to the customers. The report discuses the inbound and the outbound logistics and relate all the processes of TPS used in the bank with the MIS, enabling the company to provide the quality and satisfactory services to their customers. Also includes the inter relations, of all the entities in the database of the company.

SUGGESTION: The company is using the IS very efficiently and increasing its profitability, but still there are many things that should be improved.

With the increase in the technology, the company should made its IS up-to-date for providing best services to their customers and attracting more customers and increasing its productivity. They should develop their ERP system. The security of these systems should be mad
