OverviewofEmail Youcanemailcontacts,leads,personaccounts,andusersinyourorganizationdirectlyfromaccount, contact,prospects,orpipelinepages. Thisfunctionalityisintendedtofacilitateyourbusinessprocesses,notreplaceyourexistingemail applicationorhandlemassmarketingcampaigns.Youcansendmassemailtoamaximumof250 externalemailaddressesperdaybasedonGreenwichMeanTime(GMT)withtheProfessionalEdition. Whenyousendanemail,youcanchooseapredefinedtemplateforthemessage.Topersonalizeyour message,thetemplatecanincludemergefieldsthatarereplacedwithinformationfromtheSalesforce recordwhentheemailissent.
