Ive just prayed for that you just open our eyes to things today causes to have understanding, in Jesus name. Do you got this manual today, didnt you? Were changing the name of it, I wrote this before 9:11, you can tell because it is call the call the war. First time I ever carried it was on 9:13. I was on the plane and I have 50 of these with me and they were searching everyones luggage. And like this is probably not going to over to good today and you can even joke about anything on air. Yes Im training people in the art of terrorism. ^M00:01:07 [ Laughs ] ^M00:01:14 You would actually have three pretty stupid to put a call the war on something you are actually trained terrorism but there probably are people that dumb. Dont look at me when you say that. Have we ever read this opening to I ever read this introduction the first day, I think I did. Did I? Okay we will read it anyway once turn to page 5. And we are going to start t5hen some prophetic training. It goes like this in the days of the prophet Elijah, there rose a company of men who were called the sons of the prophecy. Have you ever heard this before? These men traveled through out the road ravaging the powers of darkness, reckon havoc on evil kingdoms. They had no tolerance for the destructive behavior with the kings but rather turn many back to righteousness. They raised the dead, heal the sick, parted rivers, destroyed false prophets and so revival spread to there land. They were feared by many respected by all they walked in great period and god was there friend. Today all around us wickedness continues to grow taking route in the very lies of those we love, I really in the very foundations of our country. Satan is mis-burned like wild fire, psychics laugh in the face of the church because they demonstrate the power of the dark side. The worse is destroying our families and violences corrupting our children, sickness and diseases take the lives of so many. That the words of our lord Jesus echo to the wholes of history, these signs will follow those who believed and greater works shall you do when I go to be with the father. In the book of Acts Chapter 3 verse 25, Peter says it is you who the sons of the prophets. Its time for the body of Christ to rise up and receive our inheritance. We must read ourselves as complaisance and restore the age of down reason, holiness demonstrates the great power. We can not be says I would illustrates discernment great music in front of these services. Weve been called to see the powers of darkness destroyed in our ruin cities restored. And in the days of Moses god demonstrate his power to pharaoh but pharaoh can _03:01 by having his sorcerers duplicate the miracles of god. Then the god of heaven who has all power performed extra ordinary miracles so that even the sorcerers said this must be god, we can not performed his miracles. Finally pharaoh was over come by gods power and let his people go. I believed that the pharaoh of these ages about to let go of our cities god demonstrates his real power to his church. Were in the midst in the greatest revival in human history yet the remains and distance between what should be and what will be? That distance is you, what will you be? Youre the bridge between history and

his story. You are the sons of the prophets, the sick, the demonize, the poor, the blind, the laymen lost are all waiting to see what youve learned. Do not disappoint them. Thats a good introduction. I want to talk to you turn to page 9. I want to talk to you about the purpose of prophetic ministry. The purpose of prophetic ministry, do you have first Corinthians Chapter 14 verse 24 down there in the boxes. Now let me just me give you a little overview if you turn just turn back to page 3 and it gives you a little description on how used the manual and its not complicated but I thought it might be just get to know. There are 3 types of questions, two types of questions if you looked back just as an example, turn to page 13, youll see them. Theres a question to ponder, when you read those questions to ponder it directly answered in the text. Another words what is the main purpose of prophetic ministries directly answered in the text. If you go down to the questions for group discussion, the next one down, those questions are not directly answered in the text. They are in the subject but they re not in the text. Another words those questions are, are supposed to stimulate you this in thought so, how can I be involved with evil people and still call up the greatness thats in them. That is not answered in the text. Thats something for you to talk through as a team or think a bout yourself and the last part is like the application and what theyre try to do is because were really do and teach, I tried to take every chapter and try to have some way that you could directly apply it to your life. So thats kind of how to use the manual at the end of the manual, theres a place to record dreams and visions. And theres a place to record your prophetic words with dates. And put this to put a few pages in there and you can used those if you want you dont have to, I just tried to develop a form that kind of made sense and youll notice that the dream parts is a description the dream interpretation, the application. And so I just tried to give you an idea of how to develop a prophetic journal. This wouldnt be it, you know this could be for most of us must be 1 month worth prophetic stuff but it just going to give you an idea how to develop prophetic journal. Okay so lets start from page 9 and I want to talk to you a little bit about the purpose of prophetic ministry. Now the first thing is I want you to understand that, that when Im talking about prophetic ministry, prophetic ministry has lot of dimensions so I think Id like to rephrase this as the main purpose of prophetic ministry. And this and this afternoon, I want to say that the main purpose of prophetic ministry is finding gold thats in the middle of peoples dirt of there life. Now first Corinthians Chapter 14 now I said the main purpose that maybe just back up for some of you that have trained differently, I do believed that there is a place for correction and direction people to be corrected and people and for prophecy discover problems inside of people. I do think that there is a place for that. I dont think that, thats the kind of ministry that we have to the world. That our prophetic ministry isnt finding dirt in the world because first of all most of the world has so much dirt. Its not prophetic to find dirt and a sinner. How many know not very perfect to find dirt in the center. So secondly I think that prophetic ministry that finds problems in people and will going to talk more about, that I think in a setting we are doing deliverance in peoples lives and people have come to you, and they said hey I have a problem, I cant figure out whats wrong and you pray in the holy spirit shows you some problem, some bondage. I think in that setting were somebody is looking for a problem in there life because they need to get free that, that prophetic ministry I id discernment, discernment with spirits, words of you know insightful words of knowledge about there bondage, I think or appropriate in that setting, I think theyre appropriate in a

setting were your discipling somebody and lords gives you words about there behavior and maybe there. Theres stack in a bondage like pornography and so youre mentoring them and you see that theres pornography on them. I think its appropriate in a deep relationship to say you know you may not say hey lord show me add pornography in your life, you may not be that kind of, might not have a kind of confidence in your gift but you may just start working towards, is there any bondage in your life that youd like to talk to me about here. There are appropriate places to have that kind of prophetic ministry going on. You with me? But the main purpose for prophecy, the main purpose for prophecy is to find the gold that is hidden in the middle of peoples lives. Now first Corinthians 14 says this, its talking about that let me just get the rest of it right here. His contrasting in terms and prophecy, and he said if you all speak in terms in an unbeliever, ungifted man enters, but he says there for the church gathers together and all speak in tongues and ungifted man and unbeliever iners youll say your mad. But if you prophecy in unbeliever, ungifted man iners his convicted by all. Everybody can say convicted by all. His called to account by all the secrets of his heart, ever is secrets of his heart. Artist close so help all space and worship god, declined that god is certainly among you. Now I want you to know some Ive talked for a lot of years that this is calling out sin in peoples life. And people are convicted by all and there called to account by all and if all in the phrase and worship god. But years into this ministry and I tell you about one of my experiences in just a minute, years in to ministry and prophetically most of my prophetic mission when I began. When I say I began the first 15 years of my life was negative. In fact let me just tell about this experience I have with Danny Silk when Bill came here, Danny Silk became our pastor. I think it was the first message or second message. The first month that Danny preached at Mountain Shaffel as the senior pastor he spoke on forgiveness and offense. And when he got down with his message, there was probably I dont know a 150 or 200 people in the room that day. We got Dannys message he said if you have offense or unforgiveness against anybody in this church. I want you to go to them right know and clean up your mess. Nobody went anywhere except for my sit, at my sit people lined up, were in the theater and they lined up out the door. And I was there till 3 oclo9ck in the afternoon well people talk to me about exposing there sins publicly through my prophetic ministry. I had made mistakes and prophecy be forced been wrong but none of those people in line accused me of being wrong. How many know you can be dead right. Do you remember when Ham, Noah was he drunk to much of his own wine and he ended up drunk and Ham comes in and seizes dead drunk and runs out and tell his brothers, remember that? And remember what happen, when Noah got woke up he realize than on his brothers came in and when they knew there father was drunk theyd took a blanket and they walk in back wards and they covered there fathers nakedness. When Noah woke up he cursed him and blessed his two other sons. Shaman I cant remember the others guy name wasnt moldering currently I know that. He cursed him and you know that Ham was the father of Canan, and you know why Joshua drove the _11:52 s out because Noah cursed him. And you know what Ham did he told the truth. He exposed his fathers nakedness, I dont know if youre getting this. Noah was the one who is drunk and all Ham there was tell his brothers, and all the _12:17 were cursed because instead of covering their fathers sin they exposed it. Are you with me? I dont mean we shouldnt confront people, I dont mean that Ham shouldnt have a conversation with his father the next dat after he covered him and said hey dad you know

what little to much wine kind of made fool of yourself last night. Im not this house is very confrontive house, this is not a message about not confronting but the first thing we do is cover. I dont know if you got that. So I used to so all this people are standing and lying and theyre like you know there telling about how Ive totally rect the reputation by exposing there sin. Lets begin a journey in my life because all these people I love this people, I grew up with these people, I grew up and [ inaudible ] this people. And its like you know something is wrong remember I was joking with you when it first started, I sad you know I love Jesus, he loves me. We love each other and its like you know everything in the kingdom has to kind of come out to that. Well somethings wrong when your ministries destructive instead of constructive. Somethings wrong when your telling the truth but its killing peoples like okay lets see whats wrong with this picture because I love me, you I love you, you love me, we both love Jesus when thats get wreck its like the food of your life stinks. So its like something its not right here. It doesnt mean its all your fault but it does mean something needs to be fixed. Are you guys all right. >> Yeah >> Any way I went to this whole soul searching process because you know I have 15 tears of growing up with these people who I was killing. I was supposed to be you know I would have to warn about this a little bit later but prophecy must be edification, exhortation and comfort. You know edification means to build up, exhortation means to pull near and comfort means to console. My ministry was the opposite of that as finding sin in peoples lives. And how many know is not very hard to find problems in peoples lives. And one day I realize something that first Corinthians 14, the first thing I realize is that when I was got really honest with myself is that nobody that I had I ever convicted of there since, there prophecy not one of them ever felt down and worship god. Ive seen them whipped, Ive seen them run out, Ive seen them lie but Ive never seen one go thank you Jesus for telling everybody how wicked I am. Ive never seen anybody do that. Im just been real its like it troubled me that the guys response like the fruit of this was not the fruit that I was seemed in my ministry. And I started realizing something that the secrets of his heart could also be translated treasures. That the treasures of his heart and then I realize something Romans 3 23 which we know well says all have seen and fall on short up we said this many times already. All sin are fallen sort of the glory of what? God. And remember we talked about this at the first two weeks. Its like you were created fore glory. And I want to proposed you that the Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, judgment, sin righteous in judgment. He convicts the world with sin righteousness and judgment. But the gifts of the spirit convict the world of the glory they fell short of. Are you guys awake? I believe that the Holy Spirit is convicting the world of sin. Let put this way, if he is not convicting them of sin, if they are not feeling convicted for there sin and you tried to convict them of there sin thats called manipulation and it just never works. How many ever tried it, I sure have. How many ever tried to convict somebody of living together when theyre living together. And you like this is wrong and you did the whole you know heres 40 reasons why you should leave your lover. But then I fell convicted your trying to bring conviction externally. What happens? I can tell you something if they moved out they wont stay out because I dont know if you got that but anyway they need to be convicted by the Holy Spirit not by you. Now I dont mean that its mind the holy spirits doesnt used you but you know those are few and far

between, between people actually being convicted in there relationship with the god they dont know theyre still convicted. Theyre like I dont fell good about this. And then you come along and that you go well his the reason, you know the bible says [ inaudible ]. These are the reasons and people like what do I need to get do to get it right with god. But when you try to convict him, that almost never works. Okay kind of funny there was a girl working for me, a lady working for me in one of my part stored. A great lady we had it, you know we really had a good relationship, she worked for me about a year and a half and she was incredible parts gals. She just knew she was in the import cars and she just knew everything. She be part numbers in her head and I really love her. And one day, she is lived with her boyfriend. What you know, I just hired people who could do the job excellently and I just love them. And my deal was like if they talked to me about the lord, I talked to them if I didnt I didnt I just like if they couldnt see it written in my heart then probably can not convince them anyway. So any ways so one day were just two her and I working in the counter one day and so we got in this discussion and shes telling me that shes living with this guy and shes, she asked me what I thought about. She asked me, what do you think about that? And so I was like. You know its your life you know these are the reasons why I think that living together is wrong and [ inaudible ] and the next day she quite. And she told the later board that I shove my religion down to her throat. Im like hmmp interesting. Any way the deal is just like when you try to convict people from the externally it is really doesnt work. And so I believed that the gift of prophecy find secrets in peoples hearts. And the secret in sinners isnt there sin. How many know that sinners know that they have sinned. And everyone who lives with the sinner knows there sin. I dont know if you got that. I mean it is not prophetic to find sin in the sinners life, I mean people around them who arent prophetic know there sin. But it is prophetic to find gold in the middle of the dirt of there of there life and Jesus bought the whole field so he can have it treasured that lies in the middle. Listen Jesus died for us before we were before we knew him, while we are yet sinners and he didnt die for junks so there has to be something valuable inside of every person. In order to proposed you that the gift of prophecy finds the glory that we fell shorter and calls us back to the glory. Its like the its like the phoretically in Luke 15 and I share with this with you that they, it says when he came to himself he went home. When people began to realize that they were created to be awesome then they can be convicted because conviction says you way to awesome to be acting like that. The common nation says look you are sinner, you sinned. And when people are sinners and the sinned and you condemned they dont have any power to change. Are you with me at all? So I believe that, that prophecy the main purpose of prophecy is actually convicting people of the glory they fell shorter. Showing people the glory they shouldnt fell shorter. Let them people know that they were called to be something more awesome than the life style that theyre living in. There isnt a person who has ever born, that wasnt born to carry the glory of god. Humans were born in the image and likeness of god. We were created to carry not the glory of men; we were created to carry the glory of god. And when we began I told you the story of about the homosexuals did I? >> Yes >> So I just story about the homosexuals Tony and Frank. What happened, do you remember the story? Too bad. >> I was on the plane, this is like a month, 2 months ago. Remember the story now. >> Yeah >> Some of you are yes. How many do not know the story? Okay, its worth telling again. I was on this plane _20:41 on this plane were coming home. I forget from where and we didnt get sits together so she has a really good isle sit but its 3 sits behind me. And I got a good aisle seat and Im want to theres three people on the row, its me and two other guys. And these two guys are kind of buff looking, muscle guys. You guys remember this at all. This are like well built, two well built guys and so when the plane takes off. I sit to the guy sit next to me and like were all cram together, I said you know would like to swap sits with my wife, she has a really good seat right here in the aisle. And theres go no other seat here. I said okay. Im reading this book called developing and emotionally healthy church. And when I took pull the book out and start reading it, I thought the guy thats closes to the window, you know I see things out of your corner of your eye and not sure if he saw or not. I thought he went like that. You know like so Im reading this book and I see this guy next to me. Would you like to swap seats from my wife, she has really good seat. [ inaudible ] he goes no Id rather sit here thank you I said okay. And when he said that I thought I saw him lean over and put his hand on the guys hand next to him and rub his arm and then rub his leg but you dont want to go [ laughs ]. How many of you, you have experience like your sitting next to someone around a plane. You think there doing something you dont wanna go. So Im like what the heck. So I kind of like this. Just so there like more my peripheral vision you know. And the guy, theyre rubbing each others leg and arm. And I go oh crap them sitting next to two homosexuals I said to myself. [ laughs ] totally sorry that was I said in side of myself. Thats why it came out of my face. Im trying to stop saying that word but its part of the way I say it inside so it keeps coming out. So Im like oh Im sitting next to, and Im like and the guy sitting next closes to the window, the guy has a militant homosexual spirit on. He didnt say anything yet. I could just feel it on him. You get around people like its just like theres so stiff and something what theres stiff in as you can feel it on. And then like I am going to be with this guys for 5 hours. This is sick. And they rubbing each others leg and I mean you know like that in this leg you know there being bold about that stuff. And you know the whole the grace time message? I give I havent give you that message, any way, yeah I didnt. Any way the lord said to me Im sitting there and Im like indignant and the lord says you set extra people living people together and that havent seen to bother you. And the lord says, so are you judging one sense worse than the other. Maybe the lord says maybe, you should practice what you preach. That was he said to me. Maybe you should practice what you preached. Am like what ever. [ laughs ]. So Im sitting here and has the lord ever told you to do something that you just totally not into it. I am like I dont want to be, I dont want to like these guys. Thats what Im thinking inside. I dont want to like them but the lord said that I was been a hypocrite. So I had a bunched of cashews I mean cashew so I turn the guy next to me and I said, I introduced myself, my name is Chris and he says my name is Tony and I introduce my names the radical guys name Frank, Im Chris. Would you like some cashews which Im thinking I hope they dont want to eat my cashews? And Tony says I dont that. And I go did this to me and Frank goes Ill take some of hose. So he starts eating my cashews and so pretty since Tonys like well take some to so. To eat my food and Frank is telling dirty homosexual jokes. And Im like and I keep saying Frank get

life dude. Frank what the heck is wrong with you, get a life men your sick. So finally I take my book developing emotionally help the church and I said Frank you need to read this dung book. He goes, I dont like the church they scare me. I go they scare me too but they pay me to go. ^M00:25:19 [ Laughs ] ^M00:25:28 So we going to have this kind of bad dream, kind of joking and you know what we got about two hours into this you know in this kind of joking and talking and tell, me there life story you know tony is the helicopter pilot and Frank is a CPA. And were kind of talking back and forth and you know I really like, I really like these guys like I dont want to like them. How many have a [ inaudible ], I dont want to like them but Im finding myself really like this guys like I really like these guys. We got about 4 hours, we got a five or flight about 4 hours into the flight I get this vision for Frank and so Im like all this be interest him. So it turned to Frank and I said hey you know he knows Im a pastor and hes like, what ever you know. So I said hey Frank sometimes god gives me visions for people in prophetic words and I have this vision for you. Would you can I give it to you. And he goes, ^M00:26:27 [ Pause ] ^M00:26:32 >> I guess so. >> I know hes thinking its going to be one of the 10 commandments Im sure. So he goes, I guess so. I say will I had this vision and this vision you where standing by the ocean and you have this easel this painting easel up by the ocean and you have this painting, this and your painting ocean scapes and you were like your painting this beautiful ocean scapes and they were just beautiful. Well before I can get any further Tony his friend goes dude thats amazing thats what Frank does, he paints ocean scapes. What he said does what Frank does, he paints ocean scapes, he loves to go to ocean to paint the ocean. And I like yeah well its a gift from god and this guy said in the vision, the scene change then you were you were working you were have this big stone and you were sculpturing. Your doing this beautiful sculpture and the scene change and you were, you had this potters wheel and you were making pottery in this beautiful pottery and at Im totally freaking out. And I said, and gods put a gifted since you were a little boy. He told me he hated being a CPA. And so thats why you hate being a CPA because you were called the creativity and CPA is about numbers and about boxes then it making things balance but your about, your about creativity and living outside the box and you know I was going to say its part of your lifes the reason why you were screwed up but I didnt say that because prophecy is calling out the globe so. I said and so you know you called to be created and I tell you something I saw you sign the paintings and god, gods going to make you a famous painter you know and your going to be your going to see your paintings and stuff all over and Tony goes dude he just started sculpture and we just bought a potters wheel. He was freaking out, so and Frank whos like star out like Mr militant right hes choking back tears. That the god he doesnt know loves him. ^M00:28:36 [ applause ]

^M00:28:47 So were flying along and I can feel Tonys saying in his mind. I wonder what god thinks about me but Im not going to asked him. And I have a word for him but Im making him sweat. So about 15 minutes goes by and I finally say, Tony I have you just give it to me man. Just give it to me. I said Tony this been this thing on you since you were a little boy like you worked with your hands and you have this amazing ability to know whats wrong with things. Like you even know how you know whats wrong like people bring you computers and they bring you there toasters, and they bring you there cars and they bring you there stuff and you never take classes for be you just know and Frank goes dude our dorm just like a junkyard all of our friends didnt throws that they bring it Tonys house. This make Tonys fixing. We have crapped everywhere that Tony fixes and his going like he can fixed anything you know he can fixed he can fixed watches, he can fixed computers, he can fixed anything oh yet spend on your life on the lord put and I gave this whole word of man he is _.
