Dear colleagues, On behalf of the Northwestern Luzon Chapter of the Philippine Academy of Ophthalmology, I am delighted to invite you to the rst Summer Eyetalk which will take place in San Fernando City, La Union at the posh Thunderbird Hotel and Casino on May 26, 2012. This is an outstanding opportunity to network and share experiences with our colleagues across all the subspecialties in Ophthalmology. Our Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Dr Darby Santiago, has carefully compiled a gamut of speakers including a keynote on the "Business of Ophthalmology" by the Immediate Past President of the Academy, Dr Carlos G. Naval. To facilitate this learning experience delegates attending this event can enjoy a very affordable registration fee of P1000.00 for Residents-in-training and P2000.00 for Consultants. This is inclusive of one summer activity that you may participate in which is either a guided day-tour of the city or half-day surng with pro instructors on the waves of San Juan. Other available sports for the delegates are golf, scuba and jet ski.
