Services. A bachelors degree in social work (BSW) or related field is required with a minimum of 3 years
of supervised experience in family and child welfare, a Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) and certification by the state of WI as an Advanced Practice Social Worker is preferred. Candidate will have knowledge of the laws and regulations pertaining to social services, children, youth and families and community resources. Must be able to demonstrate critical thinking skills and have highly effective verbal and written communications skills.

Overall responsibilities focus on the safety and well being of the clients we serve, providing team leadership by role modeling and assisting with the development of team members, and providing assistance in the administration of program outcomes.
