Office Flat Roof: Remove Roof Completely and apply new torch down roof system. and apply two hands of white roof coating Outside Patio Roof: Clean, Repair all Cracks, Apply two hands of white roof coating. 2: Upper Patio and Hot Tub Area:


Patio walls: remove loose existing paint on the top and interior, repair cracks, repaint with waterproof paint Remove wood deck, wood storage unit, and wood surrounding hot tub, remove floor tiles, Waterproof total patio area, repair drains, install new tile w/waterproof grout, Install teakwood deck, teakwood hot tub surround, and teakwood storage unit with block sides. Rework hot tub plumbing as needed, check electrical wiring and secure inside piping, Secure existing sink, Sand and repaint metal railings w/epoxy paint $166,350 Pesos

3: Walls and Ceilings:


Upper Bed Room and Bath repair and repaint with moisture resistant paint, masilla cracked walls and ceiling, reset bedroom door Lower Bed Room, Office, and Living room repair and repaint with moisture resistant paint, masilla cracked or stained walls and ceiling, adjust bedroom air conditioner for possible tilt problem causing excessive drainage of water into the living space. Living Room and Entry Area remove and replace sheetrock in living room ceiling, finish and paint total into kitchen, polish floors where the water caused stains to grout and or flooring, repair walls and repaint, remove and replace entry way wood in one opening of the entrance, Interior plumbing problems causing excessive water damage, open the area suspected in the corner of the living room repair water lines and replace concrete, masilla, and paint.
