*If the examination applications are not received on the above dates, late fee of Rs. 1000/- will be collected for each candidate. Late applications will be accepted with a penal fee of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only), up to one week before the commencement of examinations subject to condition of availability of question papers. The Principals are requested to download the examination application from the A.U. Website and to remit Rs.40/- (Rupees forty only) towards the Registration fee separately. The regular candidates should enclose SSC certificate Xerox and degree provisional certificate and O.D. Xerox. The supplementary candidates should enclose the previous pass marks memo Xerox copy.

The other university candidates have to pay Rs.250/- towards Recognition fee and enclose Migration Certificate in original along with the Examination application. Contd. Page.2

The Physically Handicapped / Blind Candidates have to submit a separate letter for Appointment of Scribe, duly forwarded by the Principal, and enclose the required medical certificate issued by a competent authority. At the time of submission of the examination applications, the NO DUES Certificate issued by the C.D.C, A.U., and the students list ratified by APSCHE should be enclosed, failing which the applications will summarily be rejected. The Principals are requested to receive their duly filled in examination applications and handover the same along with the examination galley and CD to The Registrar, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, on or before 30-04-2012 by special messenger, the galley should be prepared as per the methodology group code (Ref. AnnexureI ) opted by the candidate. The candidates name in the galley should be mentioned as per SSC or equivalent certificate. The examination applications with late fee may be forwarded with separate galley. The applications received after due date will summarily be rejected. The detailed time table will be sent in due course. You are requested to send Two sets of your Teaching Staff particulars. The data relating to regular candidates (2011-12 admn. batch) and supplementary candidates should be supplied in a CD (Fox Pro or D Base and hard copy along with filled-in-applications. IT should be ensured that the data is 100% accurate by displaying in same on the notice board for verification of the candidates and correction of data, if any, before sending the CD to the University.
