CMS is licensed on a per user, per month base. This fee includes access to all modules within CMS for no extra cost. There are 3 types of installation methods available with CMS. These flexible solutions offer an organisation the space to use their own pre-existing infrastructure, adopt a new infrastructure or go for a complete hosted solution offering state of the art cloud innovations with anytime system access.

Existing Infrastructure Installation


This installation option is for organisations that already have the technical infrastructure required to run CMS. Infrastructure subject to inspection by a CMS Product Specialist. New Infrastructure Installation


This installation option is for organisations that do not have the infrastructure required to run CMS actively. All hardware will be purchased at cost price as a one off installation fee. This is a chargeable service. Installation is completely free for New Infrastructure Installation clients. Free Inspection Hardware subject to vendor costing

Enterprise Desktop Solution


This installation option is for organisations looking to benefit from new innovations in cloud technology.
