Mitt Romney cares greatly of the education for children.

He completely agrees with the No Child Left Behind program. Additionally, he believes that even though America does not have the most progressed students, we can be pushed to be the best. In class, Romney is somewhat against religious practices and prayer. However, he stresses on teaching the importance of economics and family values. If this is not possible, then Romney would like to reform underperforming schools or replace with charter schools. Education, in the point of view of Romney, is not just the teachers unions job, but it is also the job of parents, the state, and the federal government. If the teachers are not doing a great job, principals should have the right to fire the teacher. Moreover, citizens should have more power for going to school. There should be more programs to support them.

Mitt Romney is all for encouraging the people on welfare to work. However, toward the working people, Romney voices his protest against the Employee Free Choice Act. If this bill passed, workers will unbalance the power of the nations ability to compete globally. Moreover, this legislation would dampen the scope of new businesses. Additionally, Romney wants to help the economy by opening up manufacturing around the world, thus, increasing more income. Upon world-wide trade, he thinks that it is up to the businessmen to do the trading, not the politicians. On the outlook of the current budget, Romney believes that cutting payroll taxes on people aged 65 or older and citizens earning $200,000 or less per year would help elevate the economy. Another way to help the economy is to invest in companies. This in turn, will lead to more people being hired to work. Moreover, Romney plans to reduce gas prices and taxes of middle income Americans. Also, Romney notes that if we cut off over 300 different economic programs, and using the excess money, we can improve the nations defense and military, at the same time help setup national catastrophic funds.

On the view of the environment, Romney believes that it is the states say to how much emissions their state can have. Although Romney is a republican, he is for the cleaning of the environment. Thus, he has created a proposal for a better environment. He says that if America will adapt a market approach, it will be much easier to clean the place. However, on the flip side, Romney was also said to favor the likes of big companies, and to not care about them giving off gas. Romney is strongly encouraging the digging of more oils in oil rich countries. This will not only improve our economic, but also improve the military superpower. The nation, according to Romney, should also start harnessing more alternate sources of energy. Overall, environment is something Romney wants to improve, but after we complete the more important topics.

Mitt Romney is for legal immigration. According to him, America started because of immigration, thus, continuing the process wouldnt be bad. However, he is strongly against amnesty. Additionally, if a person comes illegally, there are many unpleasant consequences. They include imprisonment, deportation, etc. we will look deeper into that in the next paragraph. In order to minimize the coming of illegal aliens, Romney proposes to build a border fence 2,600 mile long, with guards. If that tactic doesnt work, the aliens are not allowed to have free tuition for schooling. But in order to chase out the current illegal immigrants in America now, Romney will enforce stricter laws against them. However, we are still open to legal immigration.

Mitt Romney believes that America has to maintain being the economic and military super power. As the Asian economics are rising, America should keep the business door open by lowering tariffs, taxes, etc. Moreover, to keep America on the top shelf, we would take in skilled immigrants. And to control terrorists, America would send troops to their bases to stop them before they come. Moreover, to avoid war, we will stop countries developing nuclear weapons. And then China, China is a big economic competitor. They are competing to win in the race, with low taxes. In order to ensure China respects America, we will keep their military small. But, no worry, China is interested in a strong US economy. This is because with a good economy for US, more Chinese goods will be bought, which turns out to be like a win-win situation.
