Go to citizensbanking.com Click on Sign Up for Online Banking.

STEP 3
Follow the prompts to set up free bill pay and online statements, and youre ready to access your account!

STEP 2
Click Personal Banking for your state. Select an account type. Read and accept the Agreements and Disclosures. Complete the enrollment using your account information. Create a user ID and password.

The next time you log in to your online banking account, you will be prompted to set up security questions. LOG IN 1. Go to citizensbanking.com 2. Click on Select Account to choose your state (left side of screen), then click Login. MAKE PAYMENTS 1. Click Make Payments. 2. Click Add a Payee to add a new business or person to pay, then return to Make Payments. 3. Choose your account under Use Funds From. 4. Fill in the Amount and send-on Date for the bill you want to pay. 5. Review and click the Make Payments button. MAKE A TRANSFER 1. Click Transfer Funds. 2. Select the Transfer From account, and then the Transfer To account. 3. Enter the Transfer-On Date and Amount, then click Continue. 4. Review and click Submit Transfer. SET UP AN ACCOUNT ALERT 1. Click on Customer Service. 2. Under Contact Options, click Add an Alert. 3. Choose the Alert and check Email if applicable. 4. Click Submit. HAVE A QUESTION?
