1. Islam
Islam as Final Religion

This day, I have perfected your religion for you, completed My favor upon you, and have chosen for you Islam
as your religion
[Al-Maidah: 3]
Islam the preferred Religion

Truly, the religion with Allh is Islm

[Aal- Imraan: 19]
Only Islam will be accepted
And whoever seeks a religion other than Islm, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will
be one of the losers
[Aal-Imraan: 85]
Man & Jinn created to worship Allah

And I (Allh) created not the jinns and humans except they should worship Me (Alone)
[Adh-Dhaariyaat: 56]
No compulsion in religion

Let there be no compulsion in religion: Truth stands out clear from error
[Al-Bakarah: 256]

2. Tawheed
Only one God

And your God is one God; there is no god but He Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
[Al-Bakarah: 163]
Allah ka Wujud

Were they created by nothing? or were they themselves the creators

Tawheede Rububiyat

Yad rakhkho, Allah hi ke liye khas hai Khalik hona aur Haqim hona. Allah Rabbul Aalameen bahut babarkat
hai.
[Araaf: 54]
Allahs attribute

There is nothing like unto Him

[Shuraa: 11]
Most beautiful names belongs to Allah

The most beautiful names belong to Allah: so call on Him by them

[Araaf: 180]
Allah Listens our Prayers directly

And when My slaves ask you (O Muhammad SAW) concerning Me, then (answer them), I am indeed near. I
respond to the invocations of the supplicant when he calls on Me (without any mediator or intercessor).
[Al-Bakarah: 186]
No one has power to create a creature even a fly

Verily! Those on whom you call besides Allh, cannot create (even) a fly, even though they combine together
for the purpose. And if the fly snatched away a thing from them, they would have no power to release it from
the fly. So weak are (both) the seeker and the sought.
[Hajj: 73]

3. Quran
Quran sent for the whole mankind

The month of Ramadn in which was revealed the Qur'n, a guidance for mankind and clear proofs for the
guidance and the criterion (between right and wrong)
[Al-Bakarah: 185]

This is a Book which We have revealed unto you (O Muhammad) in order that you might lead mankind out of
darkness into light....
[Ibrahim: 1]

This (Qur'n) is a Message for mankind (and a clear proof against them), in order that they may be warned
thereby, and that they may know that He is the only One Ilh (God - Allh) - (none has the right to be
worshipped but Allh), and that men of understanding may take heed.
[Ibrahim: 52]

Verily, We have sent down to you the Book (this Qur'n) for mankind in truth. So whosoever accepts the
guidance, it is only for his ownself, and whosoever goes astray, he goes astray only for his (own) loss. And you
(O Muhammad Sal-Allaahu 'alayhe Wa Sallam) are not a Wakl (trustee or disposer) over them.
[Az-Zumar: 41]
Allah has made Quran easy to understand
And indeed, We have made the Qur'n easy to understand and remember, then is there any that will
remember (or receive admonition)?
[Qamar: 40]
Ponder on Ayats of Quran

Do they not then think deeply in the Qur'n, or are their hearts locked up (from understanding it)?
[Muhammad: 24]
We explain the Ayt (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, laws, etc.) in detail for the people
who reflect.
[Yunus: 24]

And the Messenger (Muhammad) will say: "O my Lord! Verily, my people deserted this Qur'n (neither
listened to it, nor acted on its laws and orders).
[Furqaan: 30]
Allah has protected the Quran from alteration
We have, without doubt, sent down the Message; and We will assuredly guard it (from corruption)
[Hijr: 9]

Do they not then consider the Quran carefully? Had it been from other than Allah, they would surely have
found therein many contradictions
[Nisa: 82]

Challenge for mankind to prepare a Surah similar to Quran

And if you (Arab pagans, Jews, and Christians) are in doubt concerning that which We have sent down (i.e. the
Qur'n) to Our slave (Muhammad Sal-Allaahu 'alayhe Wa Sallam), then produce a Srah (chapter) of the like
thereof and call your witnesses (supporters and helpers) besides Allh, if you are truthful.
[Al-Bakarah: 23]
Revelation sent in every period

For each period is a book (revealed)

[Ar-Raad: 38]

4. Prophet
Stories of some Prophet mentioned in Quran and some not
Of some messengers We have already told thee the story; of others we have not
[Nisa: 164]
And, indeed We have sent Messengers before you (O Muhammad Sal-Allaahu 'alayhe Wa Sallam); of some of
them We have related to you their story and of some We have not related to you their story...."
[Ghafir: 78]
Prophet sent for every nation
And there never was a nation but a Warner had passed among them.
[Fatir: 24]

and to every people there is a guide

[Ar-Raad: 7]

And for every Ummah (a community or a nation), there is a Messenger

[Yunus: 47]
Jesus (pbuh) sent for Israel
And will make him ['Isa (Jesus)] a Messenger to the Children of Israel
[Aal-Imraan: 49]
Prophet Mohammed (Sal-Allaahu alayhe Wa Sallam) for the Mankind

And We have sent you (O Muhammad) not but as a mercy for the 'Alamn (mankind, jinns and all that exists)
[Ambiya: 107]

And We have not sent you (O Muhammad Sal-Allaahu 'alayhe Wa Sallam) except as a giver of glad tidings
and a Warner to all mankind, but most of men know not.
[As-Saba :28]
Sahih Bukhari - Book of Salah
Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah (ra): Allahs Messenger (Sal-Allaahu alayhe Wa Sallam) said, Every Prophet used
to be sent to his nation only but I have been sent to all mankind
Prophet Mohammed (Sal-Allaahu alayhe Wa Sallam) as the last and Final Messenger

Muhammad (Sal-Allaahu 'alayhe Wa Sallam) is not the father of any man among you, but he is the Messenger
of Allh and the last (end) of the Prophets. And Allh is Ever All Aware of everything.
[Ahzaab: 40]
Best Character of Prophet (Sal-Allaahu alayhe Wa Sallam)
Indeed in the Messenger of Allh (Muhammad Sal-Allaahu 'alayhe Wa Sallam) you have a good example to
follow
[Ahzaab: 21]

And verily, you (O Muhammad Sal-Allaahu 'alayhe Wa Sallam) are on an exalted standard of character.
[Qalam: 4]
Love Prophet if you love Allah

Say (O Muhammad to mankind): "If you (really) love Allh then follow me, Allh will love you and forgive you
of your sins.
[Aal- Imraan: 31]

[Aal- Imraan: 32]

Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Obey Allh and the Messenger (Muhammad SAW)." But if they turn away, then
Allh does not like the disbelievers

5. Dawate Deen

Invite (all) to the way of thy Lord with wisdom and beautiful preaching; and argue with them in ways that are
best and most gracious.
[Nahl: 125]

Say (O Muhammad): "This is my way; I invite unto Allh with sure knowledge, I and whosoever follows me
(invite others to Allh) with sure knowledge.
[Yusuf: 108]

"And verily, this is my Straight Path, so follow it, and follow not (other) paths, for they will separate you away
from His Path.
[Anaam: 153]

Who is better in speech than one who calls (men) To Allah, works righteousness, And says, I am of those Who
bow in Islam (Muslim)
[Ha-Meem Sajda /Fussilat: 33]
Akamate Deen

He it is Who has sent His Messenger (Muhammad Sal-Allaahu 'alayhe Wa Sallam) with guidance and the
religion of truth (Islam) to make it victorious over all (other) religions even though the Mushrikn hate (it).
[As-Saff: 9,

Toba: 33]

He it is Who has sent His Messenger (Muhammad Sal-Allaahu 'alayhe Wa Sallam) with guidance and the
religion of truth (Islam), that He may make it (Islam) superior over all religions. And All-Sufficient is Allh as a
Witness.
[Al-Fath: 28]
Hidayat with Allah
Verily! You (O Muhammad Sal-Allaahu 'alayhe Wa Sallam) guide not whom you like, but Allh guides whom
He wills. And He knows best those who are the guided.
[Qasas: 56]
By Al-'Asr (the time). Verily! Man is in loss, Except those who believe (in Islmic Monotheism) and do
righteous good deeds, and recommend one another to the truth (Al-Ma'rf) which Allh has ordained, and
abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds (Al-Munkar) which Allh has forbidden), and recommend one
another to patience
[Asr: 1-3]

Hadees
Tum us waqt tak momin nahi ho sakte jabtak us deen ke tabe na ho jao jo main lekar aya hoon

Jab Insaab Duniya ko badi cheez samajhne lagega to deen ki waqar aur haibat uske dil se nikal jayegi, jab
amal bil maroof aur nahi anin-munkar karna chordegi to wahi ki barkat se mehroom ho jayegi aur jab gali
galoch karegi to Allah ki nazar se gir jayegi

Logon ko burai se rokte raho achai ka huqm do qabl ke tum dua mango aur dua qubool na ho

Tum Zaroor logon ko bhalai ka huqm doge aur burai se rokte rahoge aur aisa nahi karoge to tumhare
ache log dua mangen ge aur dua qubool na hogi

Balligi Walao Aaya (Hamara paygaam pahunchao, ek aayat hi sahi)

Our Job is to convey the message

Your duty is only to convey the Message
[Aal-Imraan: 20]
This Ummat will be witness for Rasool and Rasool witness for this Ummat

Aur Isi Tarah to Humne tumhe Ummate Wasat Banaya Hai take tum Duniya Ke logon par gawah raho aur
Rasool tumpar gawah ho.
[Al-Bakarah: 143]
Question to people of Book and Prophet if they passed the message
Then surely, We shall question those (people) to whom it (the Book) was sent and verily, We shall question
the Messengers.
[Araf: 6]
Best Group of People

Let there arise out of you a group of people inviting to all that is good (Islm), enjoining Al-Ma'rf (i.e.
Islmic Monotheism and all that Islm orders one to do) and forbidding Al-Munkar (polytheism and disbelief
and all that Islm has forbidden). And it is they who are the successful.
[Aal-Imraan: 104]

Tum Behtareen Ummat Ho Jo Logon (Ki Islah) Ke Liye Paida Ki Gayee Hai, Tum Nek Kamon Ka Hukm Dete Ho
Aur Bure Kaamon Se Rokte Ho Aur Tum Allah Par Imaan Rakhte Ho.
[Aal-Imraan: 110]
Allah makes way easy for people who strive in path of Allah

As for those who strive hard in Us (Our Cause), We will surely guide them to Our Paths
[Ankaboot: 69]

Allah protects those who do Dawa

Those who convey the Message of Allh and fear Him, and fear none save Allh. And Sufficient is Allh as a
Reckoner.

Prophet (Sal-Allaahu 'alayhe Wa Sallams) strive for Deen
It may be that you (O Muhammad Sal-Allaahu 'alayhe Wa Sallam) are going to kill yourself with grief, that
they do not become believers
[Shuara: 3]

So destroy not yourself (O Muhammad Sal-Allaahu 'alayhe Wa Sallam) in sorrow for them
[Fatir: 8]

6. Shaitan
Shaitan is your enemy
Surely, Shaitn (Satan) is an enemy to you, so take (treat) him as an enemy. He only invites his Hizb (followers)
that they may become the dwellers of the blazing Fire.
[Fatir: 6]

Verily, spendthrifts are brothers of the Shayatn (devils), and the Shaitn is ever ungrateful to his Lord.
[Israa: 27]

Sach ye hai ke Shaitan jiska Rafeeq ho, use bahut buri rafaqat mayassar hui
[Nisa: 38]

7. Jews
Jews and Christians invite to their religion

And they say, "Be Jews or Christians, then you will be guided." Say (to them, O Muhammad Sal-Allaahu
'alayhe Wa Sallam), "Nay, (We follow) only the religion of Ibrhim (Abraham), Hanifa [Islmic Monotheism, i.e.
to worship none but Allh (Alone)], and he was not of Al-Mushrikn (those who worshipped others along with
Allh)."
[Al-Bakarah: 135]

Never will the Jews or the Christians be pleased with you (O Muhammad Sal-Allaahu alayhe Wa Sallam till
you follow their religion.
[Al-Bakarah: 120]
Jews the greatest enemy of Muslims
Verily, you will find the strongest among men in enmity to the believers (Muslims) the Jews and those who
are Al-Mushrikn (see V.2:105), and you will find the nearest in love to the believers (Muslims) those who say:
"We are Christians."
[Al-Ma`aidah: 82]

8. Test
Allah will Test us

And certainly, We shall test you with something of fear, hunger, loss of wealth, lives and fruits, but give glad
tidings to As-Sbirin
[Al-Bakarah: 155]
Life and Death is for test

Who has created death and life, that He may test you which of you is best in deed
[Mulk: 2]

9. Hereafter
Every Soul shall test Death

"Every soul shall have a taste of death: And only on the Day of Judgement shall you be paid your full
recompense. Only he who is saved far from the Fire and admitted to the Garden will have attained the object
(of life), for the life of this world is of deception."
[Al-Imraan: 185]
Punishment in Hell
"Those who reject Our signs, We shall soon cast into the Fire; As often as their skins are roasted through, We
shall change them for fresh skins, That they may taste the penalty: for Allah Is Exalted in Power, Wise"
[Nisa: 56]
Question from Hell gatekeeper
And those who disbelieved will be driven to Hell in groups, till, when they reach it, the gates thereof will be
opened (suddenly like a prison at the arrival of the prisoners). And its keepers will say, "Did not the
Messengers come to you from yourselves, reciting to you the Verses of your Lord, and warning you of the
Meeting of this Day of yours?" They will say: "Yes.
[Az-Zumar: 71]

10. Warning for division in Islam

Hold the rope of Allah

And hold fast, all together, by the rope which Allah (stretches out for you), and be not divided among
yourselves.
[Al-Imraan: 103]
Those who divide religion
As for those who divide their religion and break up into sects, thou hast no part in them in the least: Their
affair is with Allah: He will in the end Tell them the truth of all that they did.

[Anaam: 159]
Tirmidhi Hadith
The prophet (Sal-Allaahu alayhe Wa Sallam) is reported to have said, "My Umma will be fragmented into
seventy-three sects, and all of them will be in Hell fire except one sect." The companions asked Allahs
messenger which group that would be. Where upon he replied, "It is the one to which I and my companions
belong."

11. Forbidden
Pork Forbidden in Islam
[Al-Maidah: 3], [Al-Anaam:145], [Al-Nahl: 115]

Forbidden to you for food are dead meat, blood, flesh of swine, and that on which hath been invoked the
name of other than Allah.
[Al-Bakarah: 173]
Intoxicants and Gambling Prohibited
Log aapse Sharab aur Juae ka masla poochte hain, Aap kah dijye, in dono mein bahut bada gunah hai, aur
logon ko isse Dunyavi fayda bhi hota hai lekin unka gunah unke nafa se bahut zyada hai.
[Al-Bakarah: 219]

Ay Imaan walon, jab tum nashe mein mast ho to namaz ke kareeb bhi na jao, jabtak ke apni baat ko
samajhne na lago.
[Nisa: 43]

Ay Imaan walon, Sharab aur Jua, Aastane aur faal nikalne ke teer, ye sab gandi baten, shaytaani kaam hai,
inse bilkul alag raho taake tum flah yaab ho.
[Maidah: 90]
Interest Prohibited in Islam
Aur jo sood par tum dete ho taake woh logon ke maal mein badhta rahe, woh Allah Tala ke yahan nahi
badhta, aur jo kuch zakat tum Allah ka Munh dekhkne (Khusnodi ke liye) dete ho so aise hi log hain jinke maal
kai gunah badhane wale hain.
[Ar Room: 39]

Aur sood jisse mana kiye gaye the use lene ke baas aur logon ka maal nahak khane ke baas aur unmein jo
kuffar hain, Humne unke liye dardnaak azaab muhayya kar rakha hai.
[Nisa: 161]

Ay Imaan walo, badha chadhakar sood na khao aur Allah Tala se daro taake tumhe nijaat mile.
[Al-Imraan: 130]

Those who eat Rib (usury) will not stand (on the Day of Resurrection) except like the standing of a person
beaten by Shaitn (Satan) leading him to insanity. That is because they say: "Trading is only like Rib (usury),"

whereas Allh has permitted trading and forbidden Rib (usury). So whosoever receives an admonition from
his Lord and stops eating Rib (usury) shall not be punished for the past; his case is for Allh (to judge); but
whoever returns [to Rib (usury)], such are the dwellers of the Fire - they will abide therein.
[Al-Bakarah: 275]
Allh will destroy Rib (usury) and will give increase for Sadaqt (deeds of charity, alms, etc.) And Allh likes
not the disbelievers, sinners
[Al-Bakarah: 276]
O you who believe! Be afraid of Allh and give up what remains (due to you) from Rib (usury) (from now
onward), if you are (really) believers
[Al-Bakarah: 278]
And if you do not do it, then take a notice of war from Allh and His Messenger but if you repent, you shall
have your capital sums.
[Al-Bakarah: 279]

12. Other references

Parda
Tell the believing men to lower their gaze, and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts, etc.). That
is purer for them. Verily, Allh is All-Aware of what they do.
[Noor: 30]
And tell the believing women to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private
parts (from illegal sexual acts, etc.) and not to show off their adornment except only that which is apparent
(like palms of hands or one eye or both eyes for necessity to see the way), and to draw their veils all over
Juyubihinna (i.e. their bodies, faces, necks and bosoms, etc.) and not to reveal their adornment except to their
husbands, their fathers, their husband's fathers, their sons, their husband's sons, their brothers or their
brother's sons, or their sister's sons, or their (Muslim) women (i.e. their sisters in Islm), or the (female) slaves
whom their right hands possess, or old male servants who lack vigour, or small children who have no sense of
the shame of sex. And let them not stamp their feet so as to reveal what they hide of their adornment.
[Noor: 31]

O Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks (veils) all
over their bodies. That will be better, that they should be known (as respectable women) so as not to be
annoyed.
[Ahzaab: 59]
Not to insult idols
And insult not those whom they (disbelievers) worship besides Allh, lest they insult Allh wrongfully without
knowledge.
[Anaam: 108]
Man created from single pair of male and female

O mankind! We have created you from a single pair of male and a female, and made you into nations and
tribes, that you may know one another. Verily, the most honourable of you in the sight of Allh is that
(believer) who has At-Taqwa [i.e. one of the Muttaqn (pious). Verily, Allh is All-Knowing, All-Aware.

Killing / saving the life
If anyone killed a person not in retaliation of murder, or (and) to spread mischief in the land - it would be as
if he killed all mankind, and if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of all mankind.
[Maaidah: 32]
Fate of people
Verily! Allh will not change the good condition of a people as long as they do not change their state of
goodness themselves
[Ar-Raad: 11]
Victory for Momin

..you will be superior (in victory) if you are indeed (true) believers (Momin)

Allah gives time to repent
And if Allh were to punish men for that which they earned, He would not leave a moving (living) creature on

Despair not of the Mercy of Allh, verily Allh forgives all sins. Truly, He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

And who is more unjust than he who conceals the testimony he has from Allh

Allah the protector
"Say: Shall I take for my protector any other than Allah, the Maker of the heavens and the earth?"

Therefore remember Me (by praying, glorifying, etc.). I will remember you, and be grateful to Me (for My
countless Favours on you) and never be ungrateful to Me.

Do not call Martyrs as Dead
And say not of those who are killed in the Way of Allh, "They are dead." Nay, they are living, but you

O mankind! Worship your Lord (Allh), Who created you and those who were before you...

Say (O Muhammad): "O mankind! Verily, I am sent to you all as the Messenger of Allh

And We have sent you (O Muhammad SAW) as a Messenger to mankind, and Allh is Sufficient as a Witness

Disbelievers will not get salvation
And whoever invokes (or worships), besides Allh, any other ilh (god), of whom he has no proof, then his
reckoning (Hisaab) is only with his Lord. Surely! Al-Kfirn will not be successful.
[Muminoon: 117]
Allah will not forgive Shirk
Verily, Allh forgives not that partners should be set up with him in worship, but He forgives except that
(anything else) to whom He pleases, and whoever sets up partners with Allh in worship, he has indeed
invented a tremendous sin.

Verily! Allh forgives not (the sin of) setting up partners in worship with Him, but He forgives whom he
pleases sins other than that, and whoever sets up partners in worship with Allh, has indeed strayed far away.

And no (moving) living creature is there on earth but its provision is due from Allh.

It is not Al-Birr (piety, righteousness, and each and every act of obedience to Allh, etc.) that you turn your
faces towards east and (or) west (in prayers); but Al-Birr is (the quality of) the one who believes in Allh, the
Last Day, the Angels, the Book, the Prophets and gives his wealth, in spite of love for it, to the kinsfolk, to the
orphans, and to Al-Maskin (the poor), and to the wayfarer, and to those who ask, and to set slaves free,
performs As-Salt and gives the Zakt, and who fulfill their covenant when they make it, and who are patient
in extreme poverty and ailment (disease) and at the time of fighting (during the battles). Such are the people
of the truth and they are AlMuttaqn (Parhezgaar)

karte hain khwa badhaal ho ya khush haal, jo gusse ko pee jate hain aur doosron ke kusoor maaf kar dete

Muhammad (saw) iske siwa kuch nahi ke bas ek Rasool hain, unse pehle aur Rasool bhi guzar chuke hain, phir
kya agar wo mar jayen ya qatl kar diye jayen, to tum log ulte paon phir jaoge

Ay logon jo Imaan laye ho, aapas mein ek doosre ke maal batil tareeqe se na khao, len den hona chahiye
aapas ki Raza mandi se aur apne aapko Qatl na karo

diya hai use chupate hain, aise Kafeere nemat logon ke liye Humne ruswa kun azab mohayya kar rakha hai.
Aur wo log bhi Allah ko napasand hain, jo apna maal mahez logon ko dikhawe ke liye kharch karte hain

Allah jab kisi bande ko nemat deta hai to wo pasand karta hai ke us nemat ka asar bande par zahir ho

Behtareen biwi wo hai, jab tum use dekho to tumhara ji khush ho jaye, jab tum use kisi baat ke liye huqm do,
to tumhari ata-at kare aur jab tum ghar mein na ho to tumhare peeche tumhare maal ki aur apne nafs ki
hifazat kare

This is not the end as I am continuously adding references as and when I come across Ayats which I feel would
be required as a reference. I am sure, if we memorise all these verses, this would help us in our Speech, Darse
or while doing Dawa to Non Muslims as I have captured Ayats on most of the topics.
