Woman Reservation Bill: Issues and Challenges

Woman, in ancient, medieval and modern times is being considered as a subordinate class. History reveals that woman has not significant role regarding the decision making of any Family Society and Country. If we focused on Greek Civilization, the two great thinkers Plato and Aristotles role is considered. They gave their views regarding the structure and formation of the State and Government. They never mention any structural functional role for women towards the maintaience of State. There must be some reasons behind that. Now, if we commemorate the Indian History, it also reveals that women have no such role playing authority for directing or maintaining the State. In Indian Society also, women are subject to do all household activities and nothing else. So, in taking care of all these oppressiveness, oppressiveness and depriveness, there must be some promoting device or consideration for women. But it is not such promoting device or consideration which can destroy the balance of Society. Yes, this is considered as Women Reservation Bill. All women of India should think about the deep conspiracy behind the Reservation Bill. They should not act any manner in favour of the Bill. Because these is not the question of gender equality but the question of equality in all sections of society. If these bill passed by Loksabha and State Assemblies then politics of Elite will emerge in India and as a result there will be the birth of another Karl Marx, perhaps in India.

The things should be taken under keen consideration that because of this bill, the Minority basically Dalit and Muslim representation is reduced in Parliament. It is also known to all that from ancient time the Dalit Community was Suppressed, Oppressed by higher caste in India. Despite of Reservation, their representation is very poor in Parliament. Muslim Community is also considered as very backward community in India simultaneously but there is no reservations for them. If this 33% Reservation Bill is passed by Parliament then participation of Elite women class would increase, earlier those seats were fulfilled by common representatives. The Government of India is well informed that the Minority Women i.e, Dalit and Muslim women are not so well educated, so well informed, so well aware about politics or policies, then why there is the induction of 33% reservation for women in Parliament. So, this invites the class of Supremacy on the basis of Reservation Bill. So, in my opinion, Reservation is necessary for vulnerable classes like women but not like the one-way system Reservation, there should be proportional Reservation for women within class structure. There are some FAQs regarding the Women Reservation Bill: Why reservation bill was passed by Rajya Sabha in a Bulldoze process? Why there is the introduction of immediate Voting regarding the Bill? Why N.C.W. (National Commission for Women) forbids debate on the Bill?
