The Cries of the Sky

Snow was pure and quiet as it fell from the above in the ever endless sky that seemed like an ocean leading to another world. A world like heaven that had only beautiful people that walked across the ocean of clouds to pray a single glance below to look upon us who lived on the dirt and soil of mother Eath. We might have been moles compared to them as they must have been clean and never dirty with a spot of a simple mustard stain on their clean clothes that always reflected the sunlight, but that was always my dreams and fantasy as I always looked up into the sky and wished to live in the clouds. Melting in my bare naked hand, turning into liquid in my pale warm flesh. "Water from the heavens..." Lifting my hands up to the tips of my lips with a freezing sensation frozen my gentle soft skin as the pure water slipped gently into my throat icing my my insides. "I feel pure inside." White flakes shredded into my hair like little diamond shards. Reflecting the musty air of the late night rays of twilight bushing into late sides of Earth as my legs turned slowly as I walked away. With the ice cold shard of ice and snow landing before sticking to my body as my bare arms stretched forward letting the snow land onto my skin covering the intense deep bruises that stained my light flesh purple and blue. Tears couldn't cover the pain that brushed againts my cheeks as the dark blood colored cover my eyes with the dry tears closed deep into ice falling to the ground like snow. Everything felt like nothing. Nothing that would simply melt away with the passing of time like when the clocked ticked on my wrist stricking close to midnight. "Oh no, I am going to be late!" Grasping tighly to a soft thick pink jacket, and my fingers tightly pulling the thin fabric of snow white that stretched from my thin waist to my ankles mixing like camouflage with the snow only to reveal scared and cut white legs with the bone texture of ankles and dented knees. Candle lights flickered around my body as snow rush against my sight like ghosts running to hide. Hide from a terror. Only the terror that I had to face as the unturnable fate of my life that never ended. Sounds of a car horn burned into my ear as the snow and the surrounding builds of bright bricks were engulped in a bright white light as my small skeleton thin figure blurred bright into the shadows as my legs

were sinking into the melted ice. Fog blown from deep inside my body as I began swinging my thin arms high in the air as my jacket fell behind my body near feet, but must have been close by several feet away. Breathing heavily, my body launched forwards grasping onto a large wooden beam that connected to a pillar of lights that simmered in a shallow flame. The large flash of metal burned my body as the air tighten and screed as the car drove by in a burning loud sound of the horn blowing in a high pitch into my ears. It wasn't long till the cold feeling of the white chipped paint of the arched doorway that lead to a world that only cause pain onto my body, but my arms pushed forward with the shards of ice melting into pure water rushing deep into my long raspberry hair. With the evil and full of rage eyes of crisp golden brown stared deep at me with his fingers tapping th side of a large cup of wine as his mind was filled with blood and many screams that were bound to fill the room if the presence of a old woman with gray blonde hair. Sitting comfortably in a large red lounge chair with a long metal cane that rested against her palm in her hand as she stared over at me as my appearance appauled her as she stood quickly smacking her cane's head againt my ankles. "Why are you always so impure!" Her little eyes beated evily with the ententions of kill burning brightly as she turned to sit back down in her hair stretching grabbing the young man's hand. The same Younh man that was to be my husband. "You are so impure that it is disgusting, but yet you have this refine young gentlemen that is wanting to make you pure again." "I am sorry Milady Greeley...I still am not honored your great grandson agreed to marry someone..." The words were stuck on my tongue as I stared at her with her eyes glaring deep into me, "someone so impure like me." "Ha, seems you are learning your place very well, Ashley." Teers burned the back of my head like bombs exploding as the woman looked at the young man as he looked up at me and smiled. "She has yet to learn, Gran." "Nicolas, you do choose such waste and trash of woman." She glanced my direction as my white dress began to stain red with blood as the edges dripped. "Oh god, she is going to stain the floor. Molly!" A young beautiful girl with long blonde hair brushed up in pins tied up in a tight small bun with a laced cap stapped to her head. "Molly, my dear can you please clean up the little woman there. She is bleeding everywhere."
