Role: Developer Description: The Project Online Employee Information System has been architected and managed by a team of 2 members for Defence Electronics Research Laboratory (DLRL).This is a web based application with ASP.Net as the front end tool and SQL Server 2005 as the back end tool. Traditionally in the organization employee records are maintained manually, so many problems involved in this like missing data, duplication of data etc. As an interaction between the employees is an important factor in the organizations growth. A proper channel is required to make an interaction between the employees and higher authorities to share the information. Hence an interactive application is been developed in order to provide privileges to the users and should assist the organization in inserting, updating and maintaining the employee records. This application provides an interface to maintain the records with zero errors.
