At the April 3, 2012 hearing, as evidenced by the signatures of counsel below, the Landlord and Debtor agreed to continue the hearing on the Motion to coincide with the hearing on the Debtors Expedited Motion for Entry of An Order: (a) Authorizing and Scheduling an Auction, (b) Authorizing and Approving (i) Bidding Procedures, (ii) Notice of the Auction, (iii) Break-up Fee

and Expense Reimbursement, (iv) the Form and Manner of Sale Notice, (v) the Form and Manner of Sale Summary, and (vi) the Form and Manner of Assumption and Assignment Notice; (c) Scheduling a Sale Hearing; and (d) Granting Related Relief [Docket No. 106], currently scheduled for May 1, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. (the Sale Hearing), or to such other date as the Sale Hearing may be rescheduled to in the future; WHEREFORE, continuing the hearing on the Motion is reasonable and in the best interests of the Debtors and the Debtors Estate; NOW THEREFORE IT IS ORDERED that the hearing on the Motion is continued to May 1, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., 701 Broadway, Courtroom 2, Nashville, Tennessee 37203, or to such other date as the Sale Hearing may be rescheduled to in the future.
