Automotive industry will remain the driver of the continuing growth


Automotive industry Increase in demand for renewal of their facilities. Factory automation will be dramatically accelerated in Asian market and other developing countries Need to set up new manufacturing lines for hybrid and electric vehicles

Also in other industries the use of industrial robots will increase! High speed handling/pick & place is increasing especially in food and pharmaceutical industries The increasing demand on alternative energies will push the installation of industrial robots in the production of solar cells, etc. Industry will try to get robots into the areas which have still a low degree of automation. Small companies will try to increase their automation level to stay competitive
