Jellybeans, plastic eggs filled with sweet treats, all things pastel, bunnies, Cadbury Eggs, ornate baskets,

and fluffy peeping chicks. All things Easter abound and have since Valentines Day! While we love jelly beans (especially of the Starburst kind) and all things fluffy and pink, Easters truth is found only in the death and the resurrection of Jesus Christ! Some things just dont work without all the pieces do they? Cutting the lawn without a mower? Taking a test without a pencil? Driving without a steering wheel? Assembling a puzzle without a picture? Running without light? Knowing God without His Word? Some things just dont work without all the pieces. Yet current statistics suggest that 340 million people from more than 2000 language groups still have no written Word. What does the Bible mean to you? The Bible is the foundation of our familys Christian faith. It tells us exactly who God is. The Bible gives us the tools to receive salvation in our risen Lord, Jesus Christ. The Bible gives us hope, teaches us faith, shares Gods promises, and so much more. This Easter we have been reminded more than ever of what the Word of God means to our family as we strive to make it available to the last languages of Papua New Guinea. We believe that the Bible in the heart language is the key to all people forming an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. John 1:14 NIV Please join our praise to God. Christ is risen from the dead! He is alive, and His Word brings new life to all who believe in Him. It is only by His provision and grace that our partnership team has grown to 67%. Would you prayerfully consider how you could help complete the remaining 33% of our team? If God is prompting you to make a commitment, please see the information at the bottom of this page or contact us directly. Our family cannot be released to serve in Papua New Guinea until we have reached 100% of the required monthly budget set by Wycliffe. You are a vital part of our lives and work, and we are so glad that God has brought you into our lives and work. How we thank God for you! Because of you we have great joy as we enter Gods presence. 1 Thessalonians 3:9 NLT Celebrating our Risen King,

Marty, Sara, Taylor, Tia, Miriam and Jade

Praise & Prayer

And so I tell you, keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. Luke 11:9 NLT
We feel compelled to make you aware of our specific needs in addition to completing our partnership team and for our airfare to Papua New Guinea. We realize that many of you may have resources for the exact needs that we have. If there is anything listed below that you can help us with, would you contact us? Our information is on the bottom of this page. Even if you cannot help with these specific details, would you pray that God would raise up individuals in our lives that are able to do so? In hopeful preparation of renting our home, we need these repairs completed:

I will praise the LORD at all times. I will constantly speak His praises. Psalm 34:1 NIV

We serve the one and only living God. Jesus Christ is risen! We were so blessed by so many who were able to participate in our commissioning service. It was an incredible evening of memories ordained by the Lord. Our first shipment containing our household items left for PNG from the JAARS center in Waxhaw, NC on March 15th!

We have found out that we have extensive mold damage under our home that needs to be repaired by a licensed contractor. We have a bid for the repairs. The large oak tree that sits in the center of our front yard is splitting from the trunk up, and must be removed. The sink and vanity in our hall bathroom must be replaced. The front doors foot seal needs to be replaced. We have need for a few small repairs to our kitchen cabinetry. The back door of our home is not shutting correctly.

Jesus looked at them intently and said, Humanly speaking, it is impossible. But not with God. Everything is possible with God. Mark 10:27 NLT

Thank you for praying for and possibly contributing to these exact needs!

Please continue to pray that God will raise up partners to complete our financial partnership team. Pray with us for the provision of our airfare. The contract on our home has fallen through. Adding the mortgage onto our monthly ministry budget for PNG is not an option and so we are preparing the home for renting. Please pray for provision for the repairs. The end of the school year is quickly approaching for our girls. Please remember their demanding schedules in your prayers.
