Apple Computer, Inc. is a multi-billion dollar corporation headquartered at Cupertino, CA, USA. It manufactures computer hardware and related software applications. It is well known for visionary products such as G5, PowerBook, iMac, iPod and iBook as well as Operating Systems they run on, Mac OS X. It operates in over 140 countries. Description of the project: Apple Inc. use SAP R/3, IS Retail, GATP, CRM, RMCA, TMS-Precisions as their base transaction processing system for their worldwide operations. which interacts with non SAP Systems like BW, PeopleSoft, e Commerce applications, credit card systems (Clear Commerce, Cyber source, BIBIT ) etc. Apple has chosen Infosys as one of their strategic partners for global SAP production support of SAP R/3 applications worldwide. Act as EMEA SME for SD and SM modules of Apple SAP and advice 24 X 7 during critical process failures. Involve in EMEA projects as SD consultant.
