O er is good for purchases made between 3/1/11 - 12/31/12 at Roxio.com, Sonic.com or DigitalRiver.com. Your rebate submission must be postmarked within 30 days of the date of purchase. LIMIT ONE (1) rebate per name/person/address/household.
To receive your $20 Mail-in Rebate please follow these steps: 1. Purchase one (1) copy of Roxio Toast 11 Pro(boxed or downloaded) between 3/1/11 - 12/31/12 from Roxio.com, Sonic.com or DigitalRiver.com. 2. Complete this rebate request form. 3. Submit along with the rebate a copy of your invoice or e-mail con rmation receipt (download purchase) from your Roxio Toast 11 Pro purchase dated between 3/1/11 - 12/31/12.
