1. A. There is no website activity at this moment probable integrated in the future is we


have a volunteer to do this.

The activity, schedules are as follows:


a. Every other Friday we are meeting with people for the food program.
b. the activity is as follow at 6:30 pm people line up and sign their name and telephone
c. They have a 20 minutes training or ideas of how to better their financial need.
d. After the 20 minutes training, the food is distributed.

Every Wednesday afternoon there is a reading program for teenagers and children that
needs to improve their reading.
a. An person comes and volunteer their time for that particular person
b. Sits with them and helps them to improve their reading skills and speed
c. This volunteer person test them to see at what level they are reading

Tuesday night at 7pm there is counseling for families that needs marriage or family
counseling

The family or couple comes and have a one to one conversation with a volunteer person that
helps them to see their needs for an hour. Or less.

B. the activity is conducted by the board members and additions,


Others volunteer person, with no salary it’s all volunteer time for the community.

C. The activity are conducted Tuesdays at 7pm for counseling


Wednesday afternoon for reading
Every other Friday for Food bank

D. The activity is conducted at 5724 Esperanza Ave. Whittier, CA 90606—office space provide
for counseling, reading program, and dinning hall for food bank.
E. The amount of time invested on the program to star with is about a 35% compare to our
total activities in the future we are hoping for more.
F. Anyone from the community and other places can participate on this activity---that are
hungry to better their life and is willing to a higher level of education in their life.
Low class, middle class, Senior Citizens, teenagers, children, families that have lost their
jobs or low income.

2. A. There is no debt consolidating program—we do have someone speaking at how to paid


their bills on time and credit cards, no to spend on them if is not an emergency. Strategy advice.
If they need help on how to balance a checkbook and how to save.

d. Enclosed there is a graph the people use to write down all their expenses and assets for
them to see where their money is going, and how they can save or they could see where
they are expending more money.

3. b. Mr. Fernandez –vice president is the husband of Frances Fernandez the CEO
Ruthie Chavez, Rene Camarena, and Gabriela Gonzalez are all acquaintan from
business.
c. Mr. Ron Fernandez---has a doctor degree on Teologie.
He has pastor at different churches for the last 26 years counseling couples,
families, teenagers and many more.
Mr. Ron Fernandez has written a book-title “The pains of Growing”
His presently a dean at the NABCELA College

Ruth A. Chavez--- has a master degree on

Frances Fernandez---Has a BA on Teologie been a pastor wife for the last 26 years
counseling couples, marriages, teens, adults, and children.
She’s been president of the ladies auxiliary program for the last 4 years. Giving
seminars internationally

Gabriela Gonzalez has a BA on business accounting. Has a 15 years experience on


this field. Helping and guiding many business to open. Has experience as a CFO for
10 years.

d. Mr. Ron Fernandez and Mrs. Frances Fernandez will be counseling Tuesday from
7pm to 9pm.

Gabriela Gonzalez and Faustino Gonzalez will be conducting food bank every other
Friday from 6 to 8 pm. Plus picking up the food Friday afternoon.

Rene Camarena and Ruth Chavez will be advertising and doing all flyers for the events.

There will be no salary with any board member , enclosed is a resolution.

4. a. The facility is at 5724 Esperanza Ave. Whittier, CA 90602


b. The owner of the facility is Apostolic Assembly
c. The facility is 3 lots with parking lot for at least 100 cars. Two story. Top floor is
there temple with 5 offices space and which one of them is for ALBA. The bottom floor
is a dinning hall for a capacity of 100 persons with a large kitchen equip with commercial
stove, 2 refrigerator and a freezer. It has 3 offices downstair. At the side of the facility
there is another small building two story which are 3 classroom.

e. There is no lease the space is donated to work with our community, enclosed you’ll
find a agreement.
