Rental Equipment Terms and Conditions Reservations: Customers must provide a security deposit equal to 50% of the total

rental fees. Payment options include cashiers check, cash, Visa, MasterCard or AMEX (handling fees apply). Deposits must be paid 15 days prior to your event date. If Event is within 15 days total payment is due upon acceptance of estimate. Deposits are refundable if requested in writing a minimum of 72 hours prior to the rental date. All costs incurred will be deducted from deposit. Changes to an order cannot be changed after an order has been packed. Pricing and Availability: There is no sales tax on rentals; only on paper goods and other sale items. All prices in the rental price list are subject to change without advance notice. Availability is subject to quantity in inventory. Standard labor and delivery fees may apply. Extended Rental and Late Charges: Rental rates are based on a 24-hour period. Extended rental rates are available upon request please ask your sales representative. Late returns are subject to additional daily rental charges. Please contact OVM if you are unable to return equipment on contracted date/time. Pick Up and Delivery: Delivery and pick up service is available at reasonable rates. Standard deliveries are made to ground floors, loading docks or garages that our trucks have access to. Additional charges will be applied to labor-intensive locations, i.e. (high-rise buildings, stairs and locations far from trucks). Saturdays, Sundays, after hours and holiday delivery/pick-ups are also subject to additional charges. Please allow for a1-2 hour window for all deliveries. Set Up and Breakdown: Set up and breakdown services are available. If you request to setup and breakdown equipment yourself, all equipment must be repacked, restacked and ready for pick up in the same manner it was delivered.

Cleaning: All glass, china and flatware must be rinsed and returned in their original containers. Linens must be shaken off and dried to prevent mildew and staining. If bags are not provided, plastic bags may be used, however caution should be taken in order to avoid mixing with trash bags at the end of the event. Damage: The customer is responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery to the time of return. We charge for any damage, loss, misplacement or breakage of any equipment including storage containers and dollies. Rental fees are not applicable to towards the replacement cost.
