Portfolio management includes pricing, product mix, product rationalization, product promotion, forecasting, etc Create Business Strategy and regular tracking of key product parameters for business expansion. Managing marketing functions like product planning, product positioning, media planning, promotional material planning, etc., for business development. Product Manager Retail Assets (Personal Loans, Business Loans & Online
Marketing) Key Highlights:

Responsible for Cross Sell & Direct Banking Channel Business for Personal Loans & Business Loans at a National level. Launching Personal Loan & Business Loan Cross Sell Policies & Products in co-ordination with Risk Analytics & Policy team for business expansion. Analyze customer segments and their portfolio compositions including pricing, product mix and roll out specific marketing campaign programs to address the cross-sell / up-sell opportunity. Analysing performance of Personal Loan & Business Loan cross sell book and conduct portfolio analysis and recommend changes to in policy and process. Responsible for all Online initiatives for Unsecured loans Plan and execute Cross Sell campaigns using segmentation and analytical models to achieve optimum results. Drive use of Analytics for achieving key business objectives through cross sell programmes Cost and campaign optimization through effective channel mix and segmentation, Lower Incremental COA, sales manager productivity etc. Create Business Strategy and regular tracking of Business parameters for segment wise penetration and product variant wise penetration and publishing relevant data to top level management. Monitoring and tracking of campaigns across all channels and implementing course correction in conjunction with other stakeholders for better sales fulfilment. Handling Marketing functions like product planning, road mapping, media planning for effective communication and business development. Adhere to all Legal and Compliance regulations. Ensure approvals are in placed before the launch of any marketing and campaign initiative.

A 14 week Summer Project from 14th Feb 05 to 21st May 05 for FCB-ULKA Advertising Private Limited, Bangalore about A Study of the Biscuit Market in Tamil Nadu. This research project covered both Retail perspective and Consumer perspective. The findings and suggestion of the project were being accepted and implemented. A Live Project for Sify I way in 2004. This Market Research has been done at two cities in Kerala. The report has been given A grade by the company. Based on my suggestion Sify I way launched two net cafs in the specified places and the progress is extremely good.
