Question: Say you own and operate a Textile Industry (Dyeing & Printing).

HRM(Human Resource Management) Answer: As a owner and operator of a textile industry (Dyeing & printing), now I like to analyze the role of me as a operator manager: We know that decision making is the main role of all operator managers. So decision made to be in following sectors as like asDesigning the operation system Managing the operation system Improving the operation system Now I try to best to describe this briefly.. a. Process: 1. Designing operation system: Collects the raw materials (fabrics) from the nearest textile industry (weaving & knitting) and then store it in war house/ store room and finally transfer it to various textile dyeing & printing machine/operations(desizing, scouring, bleaching, mercerizing, dyeing, printing and finishing operation) for preparing dyed and printed fabric. 2. Managing operation system: In this system we properly supervision the every textile wet process like desizing, scouring, bleaching, mercerizing, dyeing, printing operations etc. Under this supervision we carefully handling the every process must be done in proper and standard way. 3. Collects high quality fabrics ( knit& woven) from our country or nearest neighboring country and transfer it to different wet processing operation with improved machine( desizing, scouring, bleaching, mercerizing, dyeing, printing, finishing etc ) to produce high quality dyed & printed fabrics.

b. Quality: 1. Designing operation system: All wet processing operations are arranged in sequence of order as well as have proper drainage facilities for removing this waste water which generate during processing. 2. Managing operation system: For maintain quality standard of this products then we must we set up a fixed quality control department which department always follow the quality of production of dyed and printed fabrics. 3. Improving operation system: For different wet processing we must used high branded machines, dyes, chemicals, auxiliary and fabrics( woven & knit) also employed skilled & experienced worker for maintain each processing effectively.

c. Capacity: 1. Designing Operation System: For starting a complete textile industry (Dyeing and printing) we use only one machine for each processing to produce dyed and printed fabric. 2. Managing Operation System: We employee expert, skill, experience and energetic persons for handling each processing operations in a very short period of time with maintain standard specification. 3. Improving Operation System: Increase the capacity of the industry and also established new store-room for store products. As well as we also add some mostly used wet processing machines, which used during processing and also increased the area of the industry.

d. Inventory: 1. Designing operation system: During starting period in this system we use very limited number of machines for dyeing and printed operation of this industry. 2. Managing operation: In this system we manage this limited number of machines properly to produce dyed and printed fabric. 3. Improving operation system: We trys to add more number of branded machines to manage and production of dyed and printed fabric.

e. HRM (Human Resource Management): 1. Designing operation system: In this systemwe employee above 500 hundred workers for full time works, 50 for part time workers, also makes schedule of workers for working and provide wage of some workers for daily basis and some for monthly. 2. Managing operation system: In this system, we specially handling or control/observe the workers daily work and give punishment for sleeping, gossiping during working time. Give better advice and training of worker. 3. Improving operation system: In this system we provide training to appointed employees to increasing their working efficiency and provide extra bonus among the skilled workers for their performance, also provide eid bonus among all employees, vacation facilities, free medical treatment etc.
