Managing complete Business Operations
• Production: Purchase of raw material & finished goods, maintain stocks,

Selling Swiss Designer Writing Pens (HERTIG). After my initial training I was
immediately appointed to tap the retail untouched market areas & expand the
business by appointing dealer/distributor network & by placing counters at various
showrooms across India.

Responsibilities:
• Retail: Place orders, follow-up with the Showrooms & Dealers to replenish
stocks, maintain display counters, stocks, daily reports and collecting payments
across India. Developing & maintain relationships with the showrooms, retailers
& dealers across India. Appointment & training of sales executives, arranging &
participate in various exhibitions/fairs across India.
• Institutional Sales: Catered to major Corporate Companies & maintained
relationships. Providing the complete details & customization details for the
products to the Production/Administration Department. Developed new
products & innovative ideas for existing Corporate Clients.
• Extra activities: Participated in the production, administration & accounts
department of the company as and when required.

• Launched Hertig Pens in Canada (Edmonton) in the year 2006 in partnership
with a Canadian dealer.
• Tied-up with local quality supplying product dealers for trading gift articles
which helped catering new clientele & expand existing client’s requirement.
