MULPROJ Multimedia and Web Designing Project PROGRESS REPORT #1 FOR HMB Management Consultant Website

2nd Semester AY 2011 - 2012

For the period: December 5 13, 2011 Date submitted: December 13, 2011

Group Name: Bro and Padz Tandem Group Members: Ma. Romina I. Brosas Ronalyn Padua

1. State progress against planned time scales. (Include an estimate of how much more work needs to be done to finish the project) When our coordinator was announced to search for a company, the proponents have already started to find a company who does not have an existing website. After the proponents approved proposal to the company, the proponents have started to gather some important information needed to construct our documentation that has been needed to be past immediately. We need to pass three proposed documentation, so when our coordinator gave the approved documentation, the proponents need to revise it and it will pass as soon as it finish with the storyboard. 2. Have all objectives and tasks for the period been met? If not, which ones have not been met, why and what is being done to recover slippage? The objectives and tasks for the given period have been met by the proponents. This has been made possible because the proponent has been given an assignment to complete within a specified period of time. 3. List objectives for the next period. For the next period, the proponents will continue in designing and developing the website. Every development happen it would be pass to our coordinator for some recommendation and advised. At the same, the proponents will start encoding some information regarding in constructing our websites. 4. List worst problem areas. The proponents are still looking for the perfect design that will fit in website to be comfortable and organized.

5. List worst problems solved (with explanation).


The main problem that the proponents have been encountered is the conflict time that maybe reason to late and not organized project. In order to solve this problem, the proponents have been

given an assignment to complete within a specified period of time.

6. List any project requirement as specified in your proposal, which may be difficult to meet. The proponents find it difficult to design the website that it would be fit in chosen company since the company is hands-on services. The proponents thinks that the chosen company will be have simple but attractive web design.

7. Is the project documentation up to date? Yes. The proponents already pass three documentation and the revised documentation has been already passed last week. 8. List any other issues that need to be addressed.
Nothing.

Group Name: Bro and Padz Tandem Group Members: Brosas, Ma.Romina I. Padua, Ronalyn

1.State progress against planned time scales. (Include an estimate of how much more work needs to be done to finish the project) After we passed our first Client Evaluation, the proponents are continuing in designing the website for second weekly design that are needed to be passed to our project coordinator. And the proponents still constructing the revised documentation, some of the chapters are need to develop because of the minimal error we have. 2.Have all objectives and tasks for the period been met? If not, which ones have not been met, why and what is being done to recover slippage? The objectives and tasks for the given period have been met by the proponents. Because each group members has a specific task to be accomplish before the deadline. 3.List objectives for the next period. For the next period, we wish to finish the whole website design for the next Client Evaluation and to be presented sooner. 4.List worst problem areas. The proponents are still looking for the perfect design of the website. 5.List worst problems solved (with explanation). The main problem of the proponents was the lack of time for the planning of the web design because our schedules was complicated and some of our subject are also have projects to be pass immediately.

The proponents finds it difficult to apply the demand of chosen company because they want the dynamic design for the contacts for their clients. We try to communicate properly in them to explain how it was hard to apply their demands. 7.Is the project documentation up to date? No. Because the proponents are still constructing the revised documentation that need to be pass before the final presentation. 8.List any other issues that need to be addressed. None.
