Terms & Conditions 1. Original Service Report must be presented during collection. 2. All transactions must be paid in cash. 3. Repair will be rejected when: a) Product is obsolete. (no spare parts or service manual) b) Not possible to be repaired. (ex: oxidized, liquid spilt, etc) c) Product has been repaired or modified by unauthorized party. 4. Repair warranty is valid for 1 month from collection date for the same defect. (gratis for labour excluding parts) 5. Service request is valid for 3 months from date of issue, unless, repair is not complete.

6. If the repaired product is not being claimed within 90 days after notification, either by orally or written, our company reserved the rights to dispose of the equipment to recover the cost of repair. 7. Consumer agrees that If the total cost of repair exceeds estimation, further agreement will be obtained from the consumer. 8. A minimum checking fee of RM40.00 shall be imposed for preliminary diagnosis on all requests should the consumer subsequently decides not to proceed with the repair. 9. Please back up or secure all programs and data contained in your machine. This warranty service does not cover the loss or damage to your data. 10.
