BOX FEEDERS
for feeding, proportioning, buffering and storing raw materials. Models with 1.0/ 1.25/ 1.5/ 2.0/ 3.0-m belt widths and 2 - 12-m axle centers. To deal with all the plethoric functions and fields of application, HNDLE builds three basic types of box feeders: rubber-belt box feeders (BKG), standard-type box feeders (BKN) and heavy-duty box feeders (BKSS). Box feeders - invented by HNDLE in 1902 and constantly improved ever since - are the classical machine for feeding and proportioning material in bulk.

EVEN FEEDERS
for discharging and proportioning problematic body: E-series with 4/ 8 or 12 augers, sliding bot-toms, discharge and comminuting paddles, and separate, variable-speed drives.

STONE-ELIMINATING CRUSHERS
for eliminating hard foreign matter in pit material containing a large proportion of stones. With mechanical (WSB) or hydraulic (WSBH) drive, reversible crushing rollers and hydraulic-actuated ejector rake. Roller diameters / lengths of 800 / 1590 and 800 / 1800 mm. TYPE WSB TYPE WSBH

DELIVERY PROGRAMM

STONE-ELIMINATING ROLLER MILLS

for eliminating hard foreign matter from plastic / soft clay. Available in three sizes, type WS, with ejector rake eliminating rollers. Roller diameters / widths of 500 / 900, 500 / 1200 and 500 / 1800 mm. TYPE WS

DOUBLE-SHAFT SCREENING MIXERS

for eliminating roots, stones, pieces of plastic, metal, etc., with simultaneous intensive mixing and homogenization. Mixing trough widths / lengths of 630 / 870, 1290 / 1050 and 1330 / 1400 mm. Volumetric throughputs up to approx. 75 m3/h. TYPE MDSG

CRUSHING ROLLERS
for preliminary crushing of cloddy and hard raw materials and inclusions with relative Mohs' hardness levels up to 6. With mechanical (WMM) or hydraulic (WMH) drive. Seven sizes with roller diameters of 300 - 920 mm and roller lengths of 1200 and 1860 mm. Volumetric throughput peaks at about 250 m3/h, depending on the roller gap. TYPE WMM TYPE WMH

MIXING WET PAN MILLS

Duo is for crushing, mixing, homogenizing and moistening soft to hard materials. Four sizes with runner diameters between 1800 and 2100 mm and runner widths of 600 800 mm, grinding track areas of 10.6 16.7 m2. Compact volumetric throughput up to approx 90 m3/h. Quadro is for crushing, mixing and moistening plastic to semi-stiff raw materials. Type HMIQ 2070c with 4 runners, each 2100 mm in diameter and 700 mm wide, and a grinding track area of 16.7 m2. DESTINTEGRATORS
for crushing semi-stiff to hard materials. Type WSL, available in four different sizes, with 450 mm impact roller diameter, 800 mm feed roller diameter, and roller widths of 600, 800, 1000 and 1200 mm. Volumetric throughput peaking at approx. 100 m3/h, depending on the size of the feed and on the width of the roller gap. TYPE WSL

FINE ROLLER MILL BETA

for preliminary crushing and fine grinding down to a 0.7-mm roller gap. Type WF available in three sizes with roller barrel diameters / widths of 1000 / 800, 1000 / 1000 and 1000 / 1200 mm. Max. volumetric throughput approx. 65 m3/h. TYPE WF

COMBINED DE-AIRING EXTRUSION MACHINE FUTURA

HNDLE builds a wide variety of extruders and vacuum extruders for low throughput rates in laboratory and shop at extrusion pressures up to 30 bar. Such combined de-airing extrusion machines serve equally well for conventional silicate-ceramic and pasty compounds of diverse provenance. TYPE PZG

STIFF EXTRUDERS
We rely on extruders from our American partner, J.C. Steele, for the stiff extrusion of faade bricks / tiles and for use in pelletizing powdered coal or metal: the legendary Steele 90 is the world's most powerful vacuum extruder for stiff extrusion. It comes in five sizes for throughputs up to 90 t/h.

TURNABLE PRESS WEGA

for turning out standard roofing tiles and specials / complementaries. Fully automated system with one top and two bottom press molds. Extrusion pressures between 1500 and 2000 N. Working stroke of 300 - 430 mm, depending on the height of the mould group. TYPE WEGA

REVOLVING PRESS NOVA

for pressing large-area tiles according to a concept based on a combination of electromechanical pressure generation and pressure intensification via a drive column and a multiple toggle. 4000 kN pressing power, 140 mm working stroke. TYPE NOVA

CROSS-DREDGING SURING PLANT

for buffering between preparation and shaping, for mixing and homogenizing large volumes, and for improving plasticity by souring. The cross-dredging souring plant enables optimal homogenization for storage capacities ranging from roughly 3000 to 45000 m3. TYPE SEBQ

LONGITUDINALDREDGING SURING PLANT

for buffering between preparation and shaping, for mixing and homogenizing large volumes, and for improving plasticity by souring. Available as single or double sumps, the longitudinal-dredging souring plant is the most widely used souring system for storage capacities between 1000 and 15000 m3. TYPE SEBL

CIRCULAR SILOS
with a discharger and a silo shaft made of concrete, masonry or steel plate - for contents between 110 and 1000 m3 and outfeed capacities up to approx. 55 m3/h, depending on the diameter of the auger. TYPE AGR 8

The throughput stated for the machines is in m3/h. For Mixing and homogenizing the extruders it refers to the compact, wet pressed body, while for the box feeders and handling equipment it refers to the loose bulk. Please note the following rule of thumb: Shaping extruding
