Display Homes Reviews By Wishlist Homes

The latest display village to open in Perth is in Iluka. Featuring double storey designs from Perths best home builders, these homes provide sensational style and lifestyle designs. Platinum Homes Designer Parisa Soltani says the Beaulieu uses a language that carries through from the outside to the inside with the interplay of the voids and feature design elements. To the front of the home is a home office featuring double doors and views to the front and side garden. Theres also a media room, which could easily be converted into a 4th bedroom or guest room if needed. A feature concrete brick wall compliments the external design and continues from the ground to the upper floor defining the staircase. Then when you enter the open plan living area the ceiling shoots up making the living spaces a light, spacious area adding more architectural features like the horizontal highlight windows that straddle the external alfresco ceiling with the stacker doors below. Layering of spaces with varying heights and volumes is a big feature in this home. The freeform living with the extended high ceilings also lifts your spirit as you enter says Parisa. Zoning is also an important feature of todays homes, which can be seen with the five separate zones being; the parents upstairs retreat, the main open living area, the media room, childrens activity and the outdoor alfresco and garden. The kitchen area is simply stunning, with an extended benchtop which acts as a tabletop, a separate cooking area and a large scullery behind. The minor bedrooms are in a dedicated zone at the rear right side of the home and include an activity area which also leads outside to the alfresco. Each bedroom includes a spacious study area with a window at desk height between the room and walk in robe a great innovation in design for modern living. Upstairs is what really spoils the home owners, with their own dedicated retreat and balcony which acts as a haven after a long day at work or with the kids. The master bedroom is separated by double cavity sliding doors and includes a great sized dressing room and ensuite. The ensuite features a

The Beaulieu Display Home By Platinum Homes Spoils Home Owners

The unique facade of the Beaulieu display home, built by Platinum Homes is just the beginning with this fantastically functional family home.
With a mix of texture, strong architectural lines and concealed flat roof, the Beaulieu by Platinum Homes would make an impression on any street. Theres a strong flavour of commercial architecture represented in this home design. Elements like the garage door cladding using alucobond which is typically used in commercial construction. The polished concrete-look render to the entry portico pier, which could go unnoticed as its a subtle but important element in the design. Or the concrete brickwork in feature walls and panels used both inside and out. Walking from the garage around to the side entry allows you to take in the feature panels of the home and the clean corbel lines. Youll also enjoy the simple Australian landscaping with clever positioning of a plant wall and railway sleepers standing vertically out of the ground. The porch and entry feel private, being set back from the typical front position of most homes, creating some intimacy before entering.

Basking In The Limelight Display Home By Highbury Homes

If youve ever thought youd like a more spacious home, then The Limelight display home by Highbury Homes might just meet your requirements. This seven bedroom, four and a half bathroom home is amazing.
This lovely double storey home design has subtle touches of natural cream hues to the front elevation with feature horizontal windows and cladding lines creating a distinct but not overpowering contemporary style. The balcony ceiling is timber lined and the side mounted glass balustrade creates optimal viewing from the first floor sitting. Big families wont be disappointed as The Limelight actually includes seven bedrooms! Some could easily be converted into studies and guest rooms if needed, but the option is there if youve found your house overflowing with kids (or perhaps need a 2 family home). Downstairs includes three minor bedrooms to towards the front of the home with a separate powder room and shared bathroom space. The open plan living is spacious and opens up fully with a corner bifold door sliding away to create an indoor/outdoor alfresco area which seamlessly integrates with the living spaces. Youll love the way the bifold door tracks are barely noticeable with the alfresco area floor being the same height as the main living, avoiding any tripping hazard. The kitchen includes the normal benchtops housing the sink, double ovens and includes plenty of drawers and feature overhead cupboards for added storage. The large central island cabinet has a 100mm thick feature benchtop that wraps down to the floor on one side. If you would still like some more kitchen space, youll find it in the scullery which is tucked away from view behind the kitchen with another sink, dishwasher and preparation area. This also leads into the laundry with built in linen. To the rear of the ground floor, theres a home theatre and a guest bedroom with its own ensuite and walk in robe. Both the theatre and guest room also have terrific views through the full height windows into the swimming pool.

The Beaumonde Homes Display The Villa Como Review

The Villa Como by Beaumonde Homes will capture your imagination and spoil any family that calls it home.
The large front balcony takes pride of place on the front streetscape and certainly makes an impression with the aluminium vented louvres creating a feature above the white rendered brickwork. The contrasting black roof helps set off the design while the stainless steel balustrade enhances the aluminium ceiling and louvres. Entering the home reveals the staircase to the upper floor and a large open foyer filled with natural light thanks to the double sliding doors leading out to a central courtyard. A courtyard shared by the summer suite. The summer suite providing an ample sizes fully functional guest bedroom, or another master bedroom of sorts on the ground floor. A clever three quarter wall separates the bed area with the ensuite, again sharing more light through the home through clever design. A study is also accessed from the foyer, which is great for those who conduct business in the home. This area could also be turned into a nursery which is close to the bedroom suite, for fast access during the night if needed. As you expect from most designs, another living area is formed dedicated as a media room. These are really popular after having replaced a formal dining/lounge area for a number of years now. Many find them functional as a kids retreat and can often be transformed into a games room or for book lovers, a reading retreat with enough space for an ample library. As you walk towards the rear of the home youll find the open kitchen, dining and living areas combine neatly with the alfresco and all enjoy the soothing views of the swimming pool which runs along the side of the home separated by a frameless glass balustrade.

The kitchen is a real feature in this area. Boasting thick stone benchtops with waterfall ends and a large central island bench also acting as a breakfast bar. The white/chocolate theme looks elegant and spotless with some feature aluminium doors with opaque glass contrasting in the overhead cabinets. Theres a wonderful consistency with the inside complementing the outside style and sophistication. Its a modern blend of styles without being minimalist or too clinical. Finally, there is a large pantry, walk in linen and laundry behind the kitchen area, removed from sight but conveniently accessible. Upstairs features the master suite with a large ensuite and walk in robe. The ensuite enjoys a spa bath with views into the courtyard and swimming pool below. Two other minor bedrooms with their own bath and a guest powder room come off the upstairs living. Both the front and rear of the upper floor have balconies. The front being private to the master suite and the rear enjoying the ocean views. The Villa Como Display Home By Beaumonde Homes sells for $798,286. The ground floor is really dedicated to the entertaining and living spaces but still includes a guest or study room with its own ensuite. Ideal for when guests have a little too much to drink or interstate visitors come to stay. The front home theatre is well appointed with a feature bulkhead and plenty of viewing distance between the couch and the screen. To the rear of the home, the living stretches from the left to the right extremeties opening up nicely to the large alfresco area. Upstairs, there are three large bedrooms which include the master suite with dedicated his and hers robes and a wonderfully finished ensuite complete with full height tiling. Upside down living is exactly what this home provides. So as youd expect the ground floor mainly caters for the three minor bedrooms and an activity and small alfresco area for the kids zone. Theres also ample storage with a 3 door linen cupboard and a separate broom cupboard in the laundry. (Well get to the surprise soon). Walking upstairs is really where the magic happens. This reverse living is increasing in popularity and its apparent as to why. The whole front of the home faces the ocean and the large sliding stacker doors and feature dining room window allow for almost uninterrupted views. The kitchen is really stylish with the waterfall stone benchtops on the island bench and undermounted double bowl sink and mixer taps creating a great breakfast bar. The refrigerator is semi-integrated into the cupboards and the cooktop is separated nicely with dark laminate cabinets creating a feature cooking area. Theres also a huge pantry which almost acts as a scullery as its so large and houses the dishwasher and additional space for storage of wine bottles. A small study sits is semi-open with a three quarter high wall dividing itself from the main living, keeping a strong connection to the main living zones. When you walk into the master suite its a little overwhelming at just how huge this area is. The bedroom area is 4.8m x 4.1m and has a central wall separating the bedroom from the ensuite and could easily cater for a wall mounted TV. The ensuite includes a relaxing bath and extended bath hob displaying a large indoor plant feature (and every candle lover would appreciate the extra space around the bath). There is a double his and hers basin and a walk in shower recess with his and hers shower heads. Another great surprise is out in the backyard, which is the mypod. If you havent seen the mypod before then I strongly suggest you check this out. Its a separate granny flat if you like, featuring a bedroom with its own bathroom and robe area, and a large living room which incorporates a small kitchenette. The mypod would be great for families who want to take care of their parents, or even those who encourage their children to stay with them longer than we have in the past. Its totally separate from the main home but would be a real asset to todays modern family. The Panorama Display home by APG Homes currently sells for $499,284 with the mypod available for approximately $50,000.
