Dear brothers and sisters, The CFC-Singles for Christ community started this year on a strong note due to the overwhelming events during the Great God ICon. From this monumental point, we have experienced the greatness of the Lord that is ought to be shared to others. Through our efforts of making every man and woman experience Christ, we have embraced countless blessing individually and communally. As an avenue to show our gratitude, we invite you to the 2012 Metro Manila Conference entitled Blessed, on July 20-22, 2012, at the Quezon Convention Center, Provincial Complex, Lucena City, Quezon. The theme of this years MMC is taken from 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 which states: Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is Gods will for you in Christ Jesus. The registration fee is Php1100 (inclusive of kit and meals) and the process will be coursed through www.cfchomeoffice.com. To entice more people to register, various rebate packages will be given to individuals, clusters or sectors that will satisfy certain conditions. For your reference, please see the appropriate attachment included in this memo. Also, as part of the conference, we will have the MMC Pilgrimage on July 20, 2012. Registration fee is Php500. Other details of the pilgrimage are also included in this memo. You may also see a list of possible accommodations near the conference venue and transportation guidelines to Lucena City. STEP 4: REGISTER DE EGATES A: FOR SFC MEMBERS Register yourself or other delegates from your chapter by typing their name on the search field. Select the member you would like to register then click Add.

B. FOR NON-SFCs Pre-requisite: They have to be encoded in the Infosystem (Service: NONSFC, Status: NOT YET SFC). Contact your chapter servants to help you in the process. In the REMARKS field, indicate if a NON-SFC registrant is a KAPUSO, KATRABAHO, KAPAMILYA, KABARKADA, or a YFC CROSSOVER. (Please see registration packages). You may also included other notes for the Secretariat (i.e., If youre bringing a car and you want to join the MMC Pilgrimage.).

STEP 5: REGISTER S B-EVENT You can either register to the MMC Pilgrimage or to other sub-events of the MMC (i.e., workshops).

STEP 7: PROCESS PA MENT You will be able to review your total bill and your chosen payment option. Check on the box if you agree to the guidelines and the terms and conditions.
STEP 8: CONFIRM Your registration status will be shown. It can either be confirmed (for approved credit card transactions) or pending (cash and bank transactions). If your transaction has items that Finance cannot reconcile, they will INVALIDATE or RETURN the transaction so that you can register again. Please read the terms and conditions thoroughly before your registration. A TRANSACTION ID will be assigned for each transaction. Take note of this as it would be helpful in tracking the status of your transaction. An email notification regarding the status of your registration will be sent to you and the delegation head. You can use the email copy as reference and official proof of registration as long as the status is CONFIRMED. Make sure you have this to avail of the rebates.

Bring a PRINTED copy of your email confirmation as a proof of your registration during the event. CREDIT CARD OPTION After going through the online Registration, pay through CREDIT CARD: 1. Use any MASTERCARD, VISA or JCB credit card. 2. CFC Home Office website provides a secure server that handles confidential information such as credit card or payment information. This is encrypted using the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL is the industry standard tool that encrypts information and keeps the data private and confidential between your machine and CFC. This technology makes it safe to transmit your credit card number over the Internet. 3. A soon as your credit card payment is made successful, your transaction is also confirmed. UNSUCCESSFUL and REJECTED status will also be given to you if you didnt successfully enter your card details or there is a problem in your issuing bank. 4. Note that you have to pay 4% of the total amount plus P10 per transactions if you will pay through credit card as a service charge. 5. If you have any concern about your credit card payment, please email right away rpmt@sfcglobal.org or katedeiparine@sfcglobal.org. 6. An email notification will be sent to you and your delegation head.

Take note of the TRANSACTION ID and the amount. You and your delegation head will also receive a copy of this transaction. 2. Deposit your payment to the nearest BPI (Savings Acct No: 3103 3205 76). Account Name: Couples for Christ Global Mission Foundation Inc. Deposit the full amount as reflected in the transaction within 2-3 working days upon registration. Your registration will automatically cancel after 3 days (72 hours) from the time you registered online. 3. After deposit, log in back to www.cfchomeoffice.com 4. Go to the TRANSACTION History and click your TRANSACTION ID.

For transactions that are pending for more than 2 weeks, please call Joey (Finance) at 709-4868.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS Cancellation/ Change of Name and REF ND of transaction 1. Cancellation of transaction due to wrong number of delegates can be done by calling the CFC Home Office Online Finance Joey at 709-4868. Your transaction will be INVALIDATED. Once your transaction is INVALID, you can again enter another transaction for those delegates. A transaction that has been INVALIDATED is not guaranteed to avail the same rates offered of the date in your last transaction. Example, if the transaction was made during the promo period and your transaction was INVALIDATED after the promo period, you will have to register again but with the current Registration Fee that is available on that period of your second registration.

3. Change of Name of Delegate can also be done once the transaction is not yet confirmed. You may call the Finance (Joey if its a Bank payment, Cecile if Cash mode of payment) and have the transaction be INVALIDATED. Again, once the transaction is INVALIDATED, it means your original transaction is erased and all the other names in the transactions will be affected. Rates of your second registration may vary and will depend on the current rate of the event. Deposit same amount in the BANK as what is reflected in the total amount in your transaction. Staggered deposits for one transaction are not allowed. Your Transaction will either be INVALIDATED or RETURNED by Finance. What you will do is to call/email finance and have your transaction be INVALIDATED as soon as possible. Then register again the right names as per your deposited amount. Refund is applicable only in the following transactions: a. If your registration has been RETURNED after the last registration deadline. Therefore you cannot register again for the event even if you fix your transaction and payment. If your registration has been PENDING 14 working days after the last registration deadline. Therefore you will not have a CONFIRMED status on the day if the EVENT. If your transaction has been accidentally deleted by the Secretariat/Finance/Admin and therefore you were not able to officially register to the event. Unless you were informed before the deadline and you were able to make a new registration transaction like the deleted transaction. Notice for REFUND should be made in the next 30 days after the registration deadline. Just email or the SECRETARIAT of the EVENT and give your BANK details. Wait for another 30 days to process your refund. Other than the above cases, REFUND is not applicable.

BANK Confirmation will take 14 working days from the day you entered your deposit details in the CFC Home Office Online. This may extend to 19 working days during peak season (deadline and end of the month). a. To be able to facilitate your TRANSACTION better make sure you do the ff: i. Deposit the exact amount as reflected in the Transaction. Not lower, not staggered, not higher. ii. Write in the TIME of DEPOSIT the exact time in seconds as reflected in your deposit slip. During peak season, there are many deposits at the same time and some of the same amount. An exact deposit time will facilitate faster approval of your transaction. iii. Write in the Notes field some items or explanation you would want the finance to know about your transaction. iv. If your transaction has been pending for more than 19 working days, please call immediately the CFC Finance c/o Joey at 709-4868.

The next 100 persons to register for the MMC will get a php200 rebate each. The 1st 22 YFC Crossover (former or present YFCs who are not yet attending the CLP) will get a php200 rebate each. The 1st Cluster to have all their Chapter Heads registered will get 2 FREE REGISTRATION5 for the MMC.

The list will be announced in the next memos to inform everyone of the rebates they earned. TIME of REGISTER is the one being counted. The Secretariat will wait until the registration has been confirmed. If it expires, the chance goes to the next person. D NAMICS: 1. Buses will leave Manila on Friday, July 20, 5AM. There will be three pick-up points along EDSA: Quezon Ave., Boni, and Taft Ave. 2. Pilgrimage in Quezon starts at 8:30AM. Each group composed of 200-300 pilgrims will be led by a priest (Jesuit) to a 15-minute activity (Exhortation, Reflection, and a Decade of Rosary) in each church. A total of 5 churches will be visited. 3. Pilgrimage will end at Kamay ni Hesus where there will be community worship. 4. By 3PM, the buses will bring the delegates to Quezon Convention Center (MMC venue). They can still freshen up and go to their respective accommodations. MMC Mass starts at 5PM at the conference venue. REGISTRATION: 1. Upon registration to the Metro Manila Conference (through www.cfchomeoffice.com), you will have the option to register to the sub-events. Choose MMC Pilgrimage and it will be automatically reflected on your registration summary. 2. Registration fee is Php500 only. This is inclusive of one-way fare from Manila to Lucena (aircon bus), pilgrimage transportation (same bus), packed lunch with 1 bottled water, and pilgrimage kit (rosary and companion). a. Delegates who have their own transportation to Lucena can still join the pilgrimage. However, they will not be allowed to bring their own cars for the pilgrimage. They would still need to register and pay the same amount. Seats will be reserved for them. There will also be a designated pick-up point in Lucena. 3. Registration opens with MMC Registration on April 23, 2012 until June 19, 2012. Complete itinerary and other details will be included in the succeeding memos.

Option 3: You can pass by the Marikina-Infanta Highway which passes through the following towns:

Infanta is still 90 kilometers away from Lucena City. From here, you will pass by the Siniloan-FamyInfanta-Road and travel through the same towns from Famy, Laguna to Tayabas, Quezon as stated in Option 2.
