    There are 4 main levels in the Inflow Matrix Business Operating System that correspond to Ken Wilber's 4 Quadrant Model, the inner individual, the outer individual, the inner group, and the outer group. Each of these levels, from the perspective of that level has a relationship with the other levels. This map is one of 4 maps (one for each level) that identifies these primary relationships between the 4 levels. This map corresponds to the Outer Group and the relationship with the itself and the other 3 levels. This identifies 20 fundamental relationships between 4 objects. When these maps are used with the Conscious Communication Card Set. If you want to do a divination that involves all of the perspectives that are involved in an issue, use these maps. If you want to do a divination on only one particular quadrant (eg...the community) use the map that corresponds to that level.
