Subject: 4th International Workshop for Development and Funding Dear Applicant, Bridge Medical Research Foundation is a registered charity whose aims & objectives are to empower individuals worldwide through offering grants for business, education, economic development, environmental conservation and medical research ; to support groups addressing social, economic, tourism and environmental issues and a variety of philanthropic projects through grants to non-profit organizations, to promote the well-being of mankind by strengthening the capacity of charitable organizations to provide effective programs of quality Bridge Medical Research Foundation is pleased to announce the 4th International Workshop for Development and Funding of NGOs/CBOs: - Transforming biologic research institute and civil society" that will bring together 873 representatives of NGOs/CBOs, Medical Research Institute, Universities, Religious Communities, Financial Institutes, Medical Doctors, Professors, Professional Schools, Agronomists, Industrials, Veterinary Surgeon, Governmental Institute, Private Clinics, Pharmacists, Hospitals, Guest Members and Journalist from all over the world will be held from 21st to 26th May 2012 in Georgia-Atlanta, United States of America. MAIN TOPICS OF THE SUMMIT: HIV-AIDS INITIATIVE, CLIMATE CHANGE & ENVIRONMENT ISSUE THE OBJECTIVES OF THE SUMMIT ARE to provide participants the opportunity to expand their knowledge and skills of the quality required for the advancement of the fight for peace and, to provide a personal development experience tailored to the needs of Medical Research Institutes and NGOs/CBOs that will enable participants to review and assess their own capabilities with a view to identifying ways in which they can increase the effectiveness of their contribution to the organizations they work for and to the process of development. THE METHODOLOGY OF THE SUMMIT The summit will be conducted on participatory lines with short plenary inputs followed by general and small group discussions. FINANCIAL SUPPORT The summit enjoys financial support from the Bank of America, the American Social Affairs, Allegheny Foundation, Brady Education Foundation, Rodney Fund and Bridge Medical Research Foundation. As a result, Bridge Medical Research Foundation will provide sponsorship for up to four (4) participants only per selected Organization or Institute. NOMINATION AND SELECTION OF PARTICIPANTS We are pleased to inform you that you have been selected for sponsorship to the summit. You are therefore requested to nominate four (4) active members from your institute or organization to benefit from the sponsorship. In order to foster gender balance, we would appreciate if your delegation contains two female participants.

THE SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE WILL COVER THE FOLLOWING - Round trip economy air transport (or equivalent in land transport) from participants' nearest airport to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and vice-versa. - Flight tickets, meals, refreshments, accommodation reservation and medical insurance for the entire summit duration. However, participant will be required to pay a registration fee of US$ 350 (Three Hundred and Fifty United States Dollars). This fee will go towards each participant's accommodation for six nights and medical insurance ENTRY VISA FORMALITY The human resources department of Bridge Medical Research Foundation will do the necessary formalities required with the immigration service here in Atlanta-Georgia in order to obtain the immigration authorization which will allow you to secure Visa with the US accredited Consulate in your country. Detailed documentation concerning (Flight Tickets, Meals, Refreshments, Accommodation Reservation, Medical Insurance, Immigration Authorization and AFFIDAVIT of Support) will be shortly sent to you by Express Courier Service "United Parcel Service - UPS" 48 hours after sending Copies of your Passport and the filled Registration Form. A copy conform of your documents will also be sent to the US accredited Consulate in your country for your visa application process.
