Free vision account This service allows to make tests, completely free of charge, with any of our instrument for a period of 10 days. This way, the potential Customer could appreciate, on the field, the real quality of the equipment. test benches consulting ForTest technicians are available to suggest the best solution about customers test benches. If our testers are good installed, tests are much more efficient. test components ForTest can test in its laboratories or in the Customer premises, any sample provided by customers on request. It is the most innovative and the widest range of instruments for industrial leak testing, obtained by combinations of four different classes of service (Series M6000, M7000, M8000e M9000) and four different kinds of measure: absolute pressure decay (Mxx9x), differential pressure decay (Mxx6x), Compliance interception measure (Mxx8x) and non stop leak measure (Mxx7x). Mxx9x: Absolute Pressure Decay: it applies the principle of pressure decay pressurizing the piece during the test and detecting its pressure decay. Mxx6x: Differential pressure decay: the instrument detects the leakage comparing the piece during the test with a second sample, called reference, which surely has no leakage. Mxx8x: Compliance interception measure: it allows to measure the leakage in the outside volume of the piece to be tested, which will be put in a hermetic bell. Mxx7x: Continuous leak measure: ideal for gas/domestic appliance, it allows to make non stop leak tests, permit the analysis and the repairing of pieces during the test (ex. Kitchen hobs).

Taking advantage of the modularity of new series M, also flow testing has been designed in order to meet any application needs; we organized the series into four different kinds of measure: Mx71x: Continuous mass microflow: it is used for smaller (ie: seeping) and bigger leaks and when the direct leak measure does not depend on the volume of the piece to test. (oleodynamics, packaging, motors). Mx72x: Differential mass microflow: an effective alternative of leak testing to pressure decay systems. Especially indicated for big volumes at low pressure (tanks, cans, illumination design, etc...). Mx73x: Continuous mass flow: our classical flow measure based on our historical mass flow measurements and on our patents, together with the most innovating systems of flow resistance elimination, which are well established over time and used by the most important laboratory in the world (openings, filters, etc). Mx74x: Continuous mass flow tester RFO: Real Flow Output is the exclusive ForTest system of automatic pressure regulation according to pressure drop, in real time. Nowadays it is still the only real solution to perform flow tests at ultra-stable pressure with variable flows and large capacity (leak test of tractor cabs, leak test panels, boxes, glass windows, chimney cores)

Flow calibraTors
M2710 (with flow rates up to 0,2 lt/min) and M2730 (with flow rates from 0,2 to 20 lt/min) are the new portable digital calibrators of series M by ForTest. Enclosed in a container of anodized aluminium with shatterproof plexiglass front, we developed a completely new circuit board and a mass flow meter sensor, for direct measurement of leaks. Supplied with micrometer nozzle, M2710 and M2730 are thought to simulate the desired leakage, facilitating the procedure of programming and verification of leak test instruments. a pplicaTions

Operators using instruments for leak detections need to check at any moment the correct calibration of the test system; M0710 is the suitable equipment to perform such verification, because if the equipment detects the calibrated leak, this would mean that test system is calibrated correctly.
